Fused has been a great option for student bills, it makes it so much easier to organise everything.
I spoke with Liam G the other day and he was super helpful with an unexpected bill I received, helped me really quickly and getting it sorted for me which was a great relief!

Hayley is such a gem! :)

As a student and first time bill payer, bills can be so stressful, especially when you receive so many letters and bills! But one call with Hayley was a lifesaver and went through my issues one by one and constantly made sure I was following and clarifying anything I got stuck on. I started the call a stressed wreck and ended feeling so assured and relieved - thank you so much Hayley :)

Scammers

Trying to claim £390+ for energy bills yet hadn't taken over account from Edf also claiming water bill costs yet did not approach south west water now Trying to demand £700+ payment for services they didn't provide AVOID

The balance of £700+ is not for services unrendered; rather, it is the remaining amount of your fixed-term contract.

Our records indicate that you were not with British Gas prior to this agreement. Consequently, there was no British Gas account for us to take over.

In terms of the water account, we successfully set up your account with South West Water and have fulfilled all necessary payments to them on your behalf throughout your tenure.

We maintain that these charges are valid and in line with the contract agreed. If you would like to discuss this further, please do get in touch with our Collections Team

Great service and super chat experience

I used the chat box to find out about this service because although I’ve been a student Landlord for 20 years I only recently heard about this service. Jack was really helpful and answered all of my questions easily, quickly and with knowledge. Jack even did a quote for me. Now I can make an informed decision about how much rent is reasonable and competitive to charge to my new students and they can pay their utility bills themselves which will remove a huge burden from myself. A big thank you to Jack for taking the time to explain everything to me and set up a quote to make it possible.

Hidden charges & FALSE REPLY

UPDATE: Ignore the response from Fused. They were lying & DIDN'T GET IN TOUCH to investigate the issue

Fused added a £15 per person 'cancellation' fee 5 months after our package had ended, claiming that it was coming from one of the individual service companies & acknowledging that we hadn't been warned. Regardless, I was told that if I didn't pay my details would be forwarded to a debt collector. They gave the option to request an official query be opened, but I shouldn't need to go out of my way to avoid paying an undisclosed fee or else face legal trouble. If you're thinking about using Fused; don't. They clearly operate on a business strategy of scamming students.

Customer service

I had some issues with one of the companies by bills were under, I contacted one utility and spoke to Jasmin M, she was nothing short of amazing. Listened to the issues and resolved them within 24 hours. Had fantastic communication throughout. I cannot thank her enough
