Fused has been a great option for student bills, it makes it so much easier to organise everything.
I spoke with Liam G the other day and he was super helpful with an unexpected bill I received, helped me really quickly and getting it sorted for me which was a great relief!

As a student and first time bill payer, bills can be so stressful, especially when you receive so many letters and bills! I used the chat box to find out about this service because although I’ve been a student Landlord for 20 years I only recently heard about this service. Jack was really helpful and answered all of my questions easily, quickly and with knowledge. Jack even did a quote for me. Now I can make an informed decision about how much rent is reasonable and competitive to charge to my new students and they can pay their utility bills themselves which will remove a huge burden from myself. A big thank you to Jack for taking the time to explain everything to me and set up a quote to make it possible.

UPDATE: Ignore the response from Fused. They were lying & DIDN'T GET IN TOUCH to investigate the issue
Fused added a £15 per person 'cancellation' fee 5 months after our package had ended, claiming that it was coming from one of the individual service companies & acknowledging that we hadn't been warned. Regardless, I was told that if I didn't pay my details would be forwarded to a debt collector. They gave the option to request an official query be opened, but I shouldn't need to go out of my way to avoid paying an undisclosed fee or else face legal trouble. If you're thinking about using Fused; don't. They clearly operate on a business strategy of scamming students.

I had some issues with one of the companies by bills were under, I contacted one utility and spoke to Jasmin M, she was nothing short of amazing. Listened to the issues and resolved them within 24 hours. Had fantastic communication throughout. I cannot thank her enough
