Lack of communication and appalling service

I placed and order with this company to get a sofa set, i rearranged the date as something came up, the guy called me to a day after to accept that I wanted to change the date and rearrange for this weekend, the business has failed to contact me prior to delivery I was supposed to get it yesterday and still nothing I’ve had no response to getting a sofa or when it’s coming the level of communication is disgusting, I was told that I wasn’t allowed to cancel even tho I haven’t even paid for anything, and I was told I couldnt do that as they manually manufacture it which I highly doubt as it’s comes from a warehouse the company is appalling and I’m dissatisfied with the lack of communication from this I will not be purchasing this sofa and will not go ahead with it

Failed to deliver missing chair!! Such bad service

Shocking service from this company, We ordered 7 chairs for our companies office and only received 6, I have contacted numerous times for them to send the missing chair with nothing done about it. I eventually got an answer and said the 7th chair had been delivered somewhere else and that they would send a replacement and it never arrived. I will not be using this company ever again.

Brilliant service from Changiz …

Brilliant service from Changiz at the company. I ordered a few peoces of furniture for our office and they arrived on thr day they promosed and they sorted out a bit of discount on bulk order for us too which is great. Would happily recommed them to anybody looking for office furniture.

Great service, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Recently bought a top-of-the-line mesh ergo chair, dealt with Changiz who couldn't have been more helpful. The chair was delivered as promised and I was kept fully aware of the order progress (the chair had to come direct from the manufacturers).
Would happily use this company again as I cannot find fault at any stage.

Great supplier

I bought 40 chairs and 10 tables for a restaurant from furniture bay. I must say i am very happy with the service I received. They are great, light and good quality and most importantly comfortable. One of the tables was damaged and i gave them a call. Very nice gentelman asked me to send a photo and after 2 days they replaced it.

I was on a budget and searched on many places before. Their price is very good. I dont think there is any online website that would be able to match their price, trust me i gave it a very good search.

Quality Service at Good Price

Placed an order on Sunday night, order arrived on Tuesday afternoon.
The chairs seem very sturdy and better quality than what they look on the site.
Have already recommended Furniture Bay to my mom who's looking to order the same stools again.

Terrible

Placed an order in December and although money was taken the next day, the goods were not delivered. I have never been able to contact them by phone. I cancelled the order a couple of days later and although they confirmed cancellation and sent a credit memo, no refund has been received. I am now having to take action through my bank to try to get money back. Avoid at all costs!

Shocking

Ordered 4 bar stools Money was taken from my credit card but stools never arrived. Have tried on countless occasions to contact the company by phone and email to no avail. I will have to try get my funds back through my credit card company. Companies like this should be fined by Trading Standards or closed down completely. PLEASE do not buy from this company. It is a complete scam in my opinion. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Disgraceful Customer Service

Ordered 20 bar stools, haven't been delivered, they don't answer the phone or emails, will be taking this to trading standards to recover the money paid and report them!

Fantastic!!

This is the second time I have placed an order with Furniture Bay. As on the previous occasion I am delighted with the whole experience. Changiz was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and efficient. One chair arrived damaged but this was quickly resolved and a replacement arrived the following day. Will definitely recommend and buy from this company again. Thanks for a great service and quality chairs.

Still waiting for a chair ordered in february

Company ignore emails and never answer phone. I ordered and paid for 3 chairs but they only delivered two. They replied via trust pilot with suggestions of loss in delivery and promised to send third chair but after 6 months from order, I still have only two chairs. Don't buy from these people

Amazing level of customer service, nothing was too much trouble!

The test of a REALLY good company is how they sort a problem out when something does't go quite right, which happens to everyone. I ordered 4 new stool bases from Furniture Bay and they were the wrong size cos they don't do our size any more. All we needed was some new rims as ours had worn out. They took it on themselves to contact their suppliers in the far east, order 8 new rims and get them couriered to the UK and then sent out to us, at no cost, and no carriage charge. Awesome, I would recommend these guys unhesitatingly, I hope they make loads of money!!
