amazing sofa, great communication, very fast delivery, highly recommend !

We left a lot of furniture behind when moving to Wales and we have almost furnished our whole house with purchases from Nathan over the last couple of years! Good quality ex-display or end-of-line items, as well as items that he can order from the manufacturers for you. Ex-display good are especially well-priced! We've bought a sofa, a dining table, dining chairs, side and coffee tables; a bed frame and mattress, wardrobes, bedsides and chests of drawers; an oak Welsh dresser, and a bargain oak extending dining table with a few scratches, from a well-known-oak-furniture store, for an absolutely knock-down price! As well as cushions, a mirror, a storage trunk, an umbrella stand and a canvas picture (I'd forgotten how much we had bought!) Well worth a visit (new goods coming in all the time, so keep popping by) and a good local delivery service too. Nathan knows his stock and is very helpful. We would definitely recommend!

We've made several purchases from this company, over a period of time. Good service, good value for money and good quality goods (beds, sofa, sofa bed).

Great guys there lots of lovely furniture on show bought 4 bar stools, chair and footstool and an oak cupboard delivered and assembled in home in 2 days.

Excellent service and quality furniture. Really pleased with our sideboard and tv table and really appreciative of the service. Both Nathans went out of their way to ensure delivery times fitted with our change of plans. Delivery was very professional and personal. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Service was fantastic, Nathan from the Bridgend store was helpful throughout really informative with all the sofas I was deciding from, helped with providing all the pros and cons of each one which is very helpful!

The arrangement payment and delivery was high quality I’ve not had any issues throughout the whole process so very thankful for all the help Nathan gave me and my mother couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Really high quality sofa and very nicely priced can not fault this once the time comes for a new sofa I shall be coming back here without a shadow of a doubt.

What an amazing place. High quality at half the price of most retail. I called ahead to Nathan who sent me pics of what he had available to give me an idea then on arrival Gavin in Haverfordwest store was absolutely fantastic. Really patient, not at all pushy and even helped load the van. I ended up buying double what I went for as too good to miss. Fully kitted out my holiday let. When we forgot a cable for new recliner, Gavin even dropped it off for us the next day! Will definitely be back.

This is the second time we’ve purchased from Bay Furniture and once again not disappointed. From the moment we needed assistance at the showroom in Beulah Road we had it. All our questions were answered with efficiency and nothing was too much trouble, even the offer of taking a chair home to try for size. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys were helpful and friendly. Communication also top notch. Can happily recommend and will continue to buy from Nathan and his team.

The two Nathan's were a pleasure to work with and the furniture delivered was excellent. Delivery was on time (no Pembrokeshire promises here) and I also have loads of praise for the gentlemen who delivered!
