Where do I start, I have more bags than I know what to do with because they're Awesome! Yes there's usually a wait time and its absolutely well worth it for NZ hand made quality products lovingly produced. The slippers are out of this world cute and original to Furmoo as well so there's no confusion to where they came from. As for the rug that takes centre stage in our livibg room, Wow!

The products are amazing and I always get random comments from strangers that turn into conversations, its like a little family that appreciate and know a great thing when they see it. Keep making amazing Furmoo team!

Great, local NZ company. They had a quick response to my query, along with being informative and helpful. Furmoo had a fast turnaround from ordering (which was a smooth process), to delivery. Other NZ firms could take page out of this book. To wrap up the whole experience, Furmoo were politely interested with the images I sent showing what I did with the calf skins. Total package with customer service from beginning to the end.

Love my Moodles, a bit of confusion as they thought they had run out of the colour I wanted but in the end the right one turned up, a bit longer than expected.
The product is great so once the organisation skills are sorted, things will be perfect.

I have been purchasing from FURMOO for quite some time now.
From handbags,wallets, slippers, table coasters, tiny teak bowls for dips & a teak soap dish! Nipple warmers and insoles on my wish list..
Service has been impeccable with emails to let me know where my bags & bobs are at on their journey to me.
FURMOO owner makes me feel like we're mates esp as she feeds us no bull, just tells it how she's calls it with totally honesty and good spoonfuls of humor.
The only thing which is a concern is it should come with a warning as Once you purchase FURMOO you become addicted!

I recently emailed to see if I could send a bag to them to repair the stitching on the inside, I have already owned this bag for a year . I was blown away when they responded to say they would replace it with a completely new bag!!!
I have bought a number of different products from them bags, slippers, wallet, key ring and have never been disappointed and will continue to support them .

Over the last 3 years I’ve bought over 10 bags many of those as gifts for family members. Furmoo quality is exceptional. I love the bright colours of the lining inside each bag. Every bag is different because every fur is different. I love having unique bags knowing no one else is going to have one exactly like mine. Absolutely luv my furmoo!! It is a one of which not only looks styley and feels luxurious but often gets compliments, also like that it is made in NZ 😊

Love my crossover moodles. I've had mine for over 2 years and they are still so warm and fluffy. I even brought 2 more pairs last Christmas for my mum and daughter who also love theirs.
