Breach of guidelines
Only received half of my order. Poor communication from customer service.
Ordered on Black Friday on Buy One Get One Free. Money was taken from my account but no order number received. Contacted Customer Service and money eventually refunded. Re-ordered and only one product received. Contacted Customer Service - still not received rest of order despite sending proof of my order. They have still not responded to my email after 1 week. (they're still advertising the BOGOF deal). Will not purchase again.

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COST
SCAM COMPANY. I ordered back on 27th November and have still yet to receive my order. I have continually chased and not once has anyone had the decency to respond. I am going to have to start a charge back with my bank to refund my money. I don't care if these are a small business, they have no customer service what so ever. If anything they should be going above and beyond to reassure customers but alas, no, they choose to ignore them.
Never received product
I am going through the process of claiming my money back via the bank. I don't believe this to be a legitimate company or product.
I placed an order on 8 December and received no dispatch confirmation or tracking.
I followed up on 11 December and was told the order had now been dispatched. We are now on 19 December and there has still been no update, no delivery, and no meaningful response to my emails.
The only replies I’ve received appear to be generic, automated messages with vague promises that don’t reflect what’s actually happening.
I fully appreciate that companies can be inundated with orders at this time of year and that delivery times can be slower. However, even at Christmas, Royal Mail does not take this long without any tracking or updates. This leads me to believe the item may not have been dispatched at all, despite being told otherwise.
Awful delivery timeline!
I ordered on the 9th of December and still haven’t received my package! I cashed them up a few days ago and was assured my item would be delivered on the 15-16th of December and they were sorry it was delayed! However, it’s now the 17th of December and still no notification it’s out for delivery! I have chased them up again and have also checked the tracking and it hasn’t even reached my local transit hub yet! Very disappointed as this is a gift for my stepdad who is very sick in hospital!
Be very careful
I only wish I had checked trustpilot before placing my order on the 1st Dec. Even after numerous emails chasing my order (which I paid 48 hours tracked Royal Mail delivery for) I still haven’t received it. I have been assured it’s on its way, however the tracking on the Royal Mail website still states they’re awaiting it and that was on the 1st Dec!
This was a Christmas gift for a work colleague and we break up for the holidays this Friday and unfortunately it doesn’t look likely that I’ll see this in time. I would very much appreciate Fuppys contacting me directly about this.
Serious doubts about the credibility of this company
Very disappointed with this company, and now I’m worried that they’re actually just a scam and I’m not going to get a refund. Ordered two of these kits and got a quick confirmation saying that they’d been dispatched and usually arrive in 4-6 days, which was in line with the estimate I got when purchasing. They actually took 20 days to arrive, and were therefore too late for me to gift them as a Birthday present.
They brand themselves as small business that is fully UK based including their warehouse, but they’re not registered in the UK, payments go to Hong Kong, and shipments take ages to get to Royal Mail and come via Heathrow, and the only reviews on here who seem to have go their orders on time recently are from the US! (None of these things would be a problem if they were transparent about it, but it’s deceptive to play on the small independent local business thing if you can’t back that up / be transparent by having an address on your website etc).
As it states at the top of this page they’ve breached the guidelines for adding fake reviews here. They also quickly delete any post on social media that is not 100% supportive of them to create a false impression for potential new customers. That’s probably what sucked most of us in to ordering in the first place. Sometimes this is done under the pretence of then moving you to a private chat to solve your problem, but after the initial message they don’t respond. And they don’t respond to emails in the 24-48 hours they say they will either (haven’t had a response at all yet).

I ordered three the Fox
I ordered three the Fox, the Penguin and the Dragon.
when the order email arrived the order looked odd as the one for the fox, although it said 'maple the fox' in bold under it was mochi the panda. I contacted them about this and they insisted I had ordered the panda (I had NOT). then to say to contact them if I wanted any changes - depending on how long the order was along they could adjust.
I IMMEDIATELY replied saying yes I wanted the FOX not the panda. 18 hours lat3er they got back telling me they had passed the order to Royam Mail so could not change anything.
18 HOURS later - clearly ignored a customer issue until then.
It appears customer service means nothing to them.
I will, in all likelyhood, simply return the whole parcel for a full refund and will NOT shop with them again and advise against shopping from them - their customer service is simply not good enough.
First time crocheting
Received a santa and snowman kits. They're amazing!! I already started making them, it's the first time I do crochet and it's going very well so far. Really enjoying, everything is explained very well. There is a prestarted piece included in the kit. I will try to finish either this weekend or mid next week.
Support UK businesses.. they need our support
Originally I was quite annoyed as my product didn’t arrive in time, but since then I’ve received several positive and encouraging messages from the team at Fuppys who have assured me and put my mind at ease.
I can assure anyone who isn’t sure about ordering from this company that they are a hardworking uk business, and organisations like these need our support more than ever.
Please keep up the good work and thank you for all your messages.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I ordered 28th November and apparently it’s at the airport suddenly after I did a charge back with my bank(Uk based?!) now 12th December 2 days after the delivery date (the delivery date that was already changed because of “delays”. I do not want this product because the time has passed and I don’t want to buy from a company who deal with customers in this manner. I find it very convienent parcels get sent out conveniently after people complain publicly or get their money back. Really regret ordering and I will be sending this back if it does arrive.

Update 15/12/25. I posted below Trustpilot review and also posted on their Facebook page. Fuppys then contacted me via messenger and apologised for the delays and confirmed that the order was still on its way. They also agreed to refund the order due to all the delays. Both refund and items have been received today. Happy with eventual outcome but should not have had to utilise social media to reach it. Changed from original one star to three stars in recognition of the updated order status. Will see when products used if they are actually any good!

I check the Royal Mail tracking information provided and that says that do not even have the item yet so clearly NOT delivered. Wanted as a xmas present. Contacted company asking where item are and to request full refund as items clearly aren’t coming. Only automated responses so far. Will update review if they sort but fear this is a costly mistake. The company is all over Facebook and many reviews on there saying how good they are. Wish I had looked at Trustpilot first as then I never would have ordered!!!

My item has definitely not been given to Royal Mail as they have said it has and who they are shifting the blame to. Who knows if my items will arrive before Christmas? Doubt it! Would much prefer a refund except I don't know how to get one as their website has zero customer service.
Non-existent products
I have to agree with the other one-star reviews. My experience of Fuppys has been dreadful. I placed an order for a present nearly two weeks ago but haven't received anything. When I asked where it was, I was told the item wasn't in stock. (That's despite it showing as "in stock" on their website, even after they had confirmed it wasn't.) I have a Royal Mail tracking number but the parcel hasn't been despatched yet. The company claims to be based in the UK but is actually registered in Hong Kong. They have also had a number of fake reviews removed — always a red flag. At best, this is a drop ship company, albeit cleverly disguised. At worst, it's a scam. Avoid at all costs.

So far I’ve not had the best experience, I ordered on 1st December and had no communication from them despite contacting them for an update on delivery. No items have arrived, no replies to emails or social media contact. Really terrible communication and still left with no items and I ordered 4 so not cheap!!
Poor communication & very slow delivery
Update: my order finally arrived (16 days after ordering) as did an email from someone who wasn’t a AI robot! They refunded me my postage which is nice due to the issues and delays around delivery. The items look good but as they are gifts I can’t confirm a full completed item.
Placed an order in the 27th of November. On their website it says usually dispatched within 12 hours and 5-7 days delivery. After 9 days I recieved an email with a Royal Mail tracking number. Another 5 days after this, the tracking is still saying “we are expecting it”. So here we are, almost two weeks after the order is placed and still no item. On their website it says the item has been delivered to me. Royal Mail still don’t have it and my two emails to the company have been answered by a AI bot saying they are a small company and high number of orders. No one has got back to me. Maybe it’s time the company change the delivery details on their website to inform the customer or maybe they stop taking orders if they can no fulfil what they promise. Very poor customer service for an item that is very over priced but was sadly on my Xmas shopping list.
Just received product... but company doubts remain

The product has just been delivered and to be fair it was the day their reply said.
But my doubts on this companies integrity is still there. The notification update from Royal Main said they had the product at Heathrow, so they may (or may not) be in the UK, but their products are definitely not.
Also the fake reviews on here are not a good sign, but hopefully people receive their products by the time they need them. For reference I ordered in the morning of the 1st December. After being on here I wrote the possibility of it arriving off and bought something else.
I'll update my review again once it's been completed.

I’ll wait and see if the product turms up. The notice about fake reviews and general warning is not the best reassurance. Plus I do understand about small businesses and the festive period, but normally basic service is to keep the customer informed… then people don’t have to post here to get seen.

Ordered on the 1st Dec and the only email I’ve had is the order one. I’ve tried to contact them via email and WhatsApp, but no reply.
I was a bit cautious to order at first, but decided to chance it as there were some good reviews. But I now see they have a warning notice about fake reviews.

Order simply did not arrive. Company claims on their website to be registered in the UK. There is no such company name - nor is there such a registration number. Alarm bells…
