I've been a huge fan of Lego since childhood, and of bricks in general.
I'm an architect and worked for 20 years. At the beginning of 2020, I changed careers to create a space, La Maison Brique, which offers construction workshops for young and old.
I have a huge collection of sets from different brands.
I discovered Lumibricks via Funwhole, which I followed online. I ordered the "apartment" building for the cyberpunk bridge. I was amazed by the quality of the bricks and LEDs, and the result was magnificent. I then gave in and bought the other 3 cyberpunk buildings and the bus, 3 city buildings, and 2 steampunk sets (by the way, I hope the steampunk bridge and airship will be available again soon 🤞).
The only downside is that I'm not really into the minifigures. 😅

Fast delivery, good brick quality, easy-to-understand instructions. For my first Fun Whole Set, it was a good first impression.

Lumibricks/FunWhole took brick sets to a whole new level. With 1/3 of price compared to similar sets from the popular brand from Denmark, this company is very creative and has lighting system embedded in the build process.

Availability, price, quality products, quality box, packaging and instructions and the lights are placed creatively to fit the scene. Have become my preferred Adult Alternative to Lego! Have all Old West theme releases and awaiting new ones. Love Lumibricks mindset, products and releases.

Love Lumibrick sets. Everything fits well. Instructions are clear and concise. Prices are reasonable. Customer service is prompt , friendly, and helpful. The builds just keep getting better and better. I have some of the earlier sets (Jack and the Beanstalk, Ocean Adventure, Castle on the Cliff) which were fantastic but the newer sets are on an entirely different order. From the ease of wiring to being able to connect multiple sets to one power source, it is innovation that one is just not seeing with the leading brick company.

I have now ordered multiple sets from Lumibricks. The sets are really fun (bought several from other sites previously) - I'm kind of addicted. Buying directly has been easy and they arrive when they say they will. Tracking numbers are included with each order. I will definitely order more in the future.

I have been dealing with customer service with no satisfaction. I ordered an item twice by mistake. I attempted to cancel the latest order within an hour of placing it. I was told you were on holiday and the order could not be stopped.

I have requested a refund numerous times and instructions as to how to return the extra item to you with no response. Subsequently I have received a third extra kit from you and don’t know what to do with that either.

Your products are great as well as your prices. Your customer service however is terrible. I have purchased over 20 kits from you and this doesn’t seem to matter to you.
