The support person was very responsive and answered promptly to my messages. They were able to fulfill my request and I’ll certainly prefer them for all my future needs in lighting.

The customer servive confirmed that you still had the items available according to the information I provided--she was very helpful and cooperative. She sent me another email-- with the purchase information and responded right away after I placed the order-- she also told me how it was going to be sent.

I initially responded on a Friday-- and had it already being sent on that same Friday!!! Extremely FAST AND EFFECIENT!!!!!

Awesome team always takes care of me and my project needs

Timely response to email and picture of part I needed to complete my project. Ease of ordering this part.

I contacted TorchStar to find replacements for an older model fixture that I had installed in my kitchen years ago.
I sent them a photo of the product information label on the back of the fixture. As it turns out, the fixture had been discontinued.
Customer service searched for any remaining inventory. I was told there might be six remaining units in the warehouse, but a physical check would have to be made to ensure that they were still available.
Later that same day, Ruby got back to me, indicating that a physical inventory check had verified six replacement units were still available.
Within 24 hours, the product was identified, located, verified in stock, and shipped to my house.

Product works great and easy to install. It arrived in good condition earlier than expected. The price of the product was quite reasonable.

Superb personal service and help in selecting size and measurements. Being able to speak to an actual human was very helpful. AND, it arrived a week earlier than expected. AND, he made sure when call back (after the sale was over) I still got the sale price on the new suit I intend to buy, because I wanted to see how the 'Slim" was going to fit withe the first order.

They were suppose to help me replace junction boxes from the set i purchased originally. However, the price they charged me just for shipping cost almost as much as the set itself I purchased from Amazon. So technically I could have just purchased a set for the long wait. And they just sent me the same light from Amazon. Not really help at all. I am not purchasing from torchstar again and would not recommend them.

I installed my light kit and the sensor would not work. Ruby, the Customer Support Manager, was very patient and continued working with me until we determined the sensor would not work through glass. We removed the sensor and replaced it with a manual switch…problem solved!

In the past few years, it seems like many companies have stripped customer service back to where even simple communication is treated as luxury. Not at Torchstar.

Torchstar’s customer service (particularly Ruby!) was top notch. They engaged with great communication and showed genuine care in wanting to resolve my question - which they did - and then some! Their process for purchasing the replacement part I needed was super smooth and simple. If I ever need lighting again, Torchstar will be my first stop from now on!
