I had an issue with my free account that I got with the BOGO promotion, I passed it but was not able to see my exhibition account in my dashboard. So I contacted the support and had a chat with Johnathan, he explained to me that as I didn't have a current paid active account, I cannot have my exhibition account, I was unfortunately not aware of that, I was so dissapointed. But Johnathan was really kind an offered me to reactivated it as long as I purchase a new paid account, that's what I did and he got back my exhibition account. I'm so thanksful, really a great experience with Johnathan and FFN, I'll continue trading with them for sure.

Can only say good things about FFN. Customer support is on point dealing with issues immediately. Received my first payout of $10,000 before profit split took a few days since was the first payout and i missed a document i needed to fill in and return but customer support promptly e-mailed me a copy and all sorted. Other prop companies usually mess you about on larger payments - no issues with FFN. Make sure you as a trader understand the FFN rules stick to them don't trade news and don't rush.

I have only used Topstep BUT with their current issues I was looking for a new prop firm. I have heard AMAZING things about FFN. I decided to try it out.

So no one will talk about their Onyx trading platform? It lags and quite often you’ll find yourself missing a trade because it freezes, takes time to login. This company should work on improving their trading platforms. Onyx sucks! Overall their support is very good, the best I have seen so far.

not bad truth be said it was my fault for not reading but they give no refunds to subscription renewals so whatever it is always read or itll be a clasic where instead of helping theyll say "its right there"

FFN is lowkey the best prop firm out there. great customer service, no drama and everything is clear straight forward. It is by far the only prop firm that offers level 2 data for all futures markets with the combination of having a great customer support and great discounts and bogo offers. I've been with FFN for a while now and have always had great support. Joe in particular is usually who I deal with, and he's always great. I had a billing issue that he was able to resolve expeditiously. When it comes to prop firms, it can be a mixed bag with transparency, but I can say FFN has always been 100% transparent with me, and Joe is at the forefront of that effort.

I have traded with FFN for a while and I appreciate the clear rules and over the top super fast support from knowledgeable people that are actual traders. It's crazy how fast their support is on any channel you try. Today I had an issue with Rithmic RTrader Pro who don't really answer support inquires (in my experience) but G.W. in their support offered to reach out to them on my behalf and got a quick response that solved my issue. In the prop firm industry, some firms have good support and some have poor support. And then there is FFN, on another level way above the rest.

I have been trading with FFN for a couple of weeks. I have needed support like 4 times for various things. I'm writing this review at 8:25 pm and the support guy answered immediately and had my connection problem solved within 2 minutes. They have been excellent to work with so far and I will definitely be getting more accounts with these guys. You should too! BOGO sale going on right now!

The customer service at FFN is unparalleled.... the email support team responses are lightning fast ... usually within minutes ... and the live chat agents like Joe and Javier are top notch .... go out of their way to assist you ....

I am submitting my second review of fundedfuturesnetwork.com. Since my last review, I have received a funded account. A payout would have been possible, but I decided to continue. I made a rare mistake on the killer short day and lost the account. Nevertheless, I am continuing because 1. everything works well,
2. the prices are fair
3. the trading experience is very good based on their rules.
I can't find anything bad to say, and communication is also excellent. Therefore, I can recommend FFN.
