Ignored - Waiting on reply.
Blew a few accounts - Maybe 7/8.
Bought another and was doing really well. Went on a trip and they issued a compliance order. Sent them screenshots of my flight details and airbnb bookings and they removed the compliance.
But then because of this all my numbers changed on the dashboard.I would have passed. I have not traded for two days as I've been waiting for them to investigate it. They said they would have a resolution in 24 hours. I have received nothing and it's been 4 days. I have sent multiple follow ups and received no reply. I can see they were active recently too.
Such a shame, they have such god reviews online. Happy to alter this if it can be resolved.

data feed problem solved
had to use the 80% off and grab a 50k velocity challenge, only issue was that i didnt get the market data feed’s but i contacted to their customer support, TIMOTHY answered to me instantly and got the problem solved in a minute.
