I have been with Emerson & Natural Partners for over 20 years. They have merged together to become Fullscript. The only reason they only got 4 stars is there was a product they didn't have that I needed. She was efficient, however, did not repeat back to me what the order was, as is usually done. One could have a number off on the item, and not know there was a mistake in the order. It helps to have the person repeat what the actual item is back to me.

I wrote a review earlier in the year acknowledging Fullscript's great array of products while lamenting their poor choice of shipping company.
I always qualify for free shipping but quickly learned that that means the slowest possible shipping option (DHL) so that my first shipment (of temperature-sensitive products in the summer) took almost two weeks to arrive.
I learned my lesson & next order paid the expedited shipping fee. Again, Fullscript used DHL, whose tracking leaves much to be desired; that order took a week to arrive.
I placed another order a few days ago, again paying for "fast" shipping. And, again, this order is coming via DHL & may be here in about a week. I can't tell on DHL's tracking app where my order is, but I do know that I literally could drive to their warehouse in Phoenix, & back, in two days.
Fullscript seems like a good company, offering good products & decent customer service. I cannot understand why they won't hook up with a faster, far more reliable shipping company. I think their customers deserve that, especially given the nature & sensitivity of the products they sell.
