The service was what I wanted and I will resubscribe in the Fall. I only use it for football season, and it is over except for Super Bowl, which I will watch elsewhere.

Your AI system was not very good. After 60 minutes I gave up! Only to try again 30 minutes later. Eventually I got to talk with A REAL PERSON who was able to help.
Good Fubo Experience
Agent was very good in dealing with a situation that was out of her control. Fubo has done the right thing in reducing their cost because of the NBC issue. I really hop they can get the situation resolved before the Superbowl.

My experience was fine because of my interaction with your representative. However, I'm not at all currently pleased with Fubo. Watching golf on tv is very important to me. Fubo freezes up on me on a daily basis. I have to go out of the app and back in. Seems like Fubo could do better for the amount of money customers pay for this service!

I was having trouble canceling my free trial, before it ended. Customer support took care of it for me and made me feel like I mattered and would be missed. I wish I could afford to have a subscription with them just because of the way they help me out and was very polite about it.

Issues with casting?
Has anybody else experienced issues when casting? For some reason, casting from my phone to the TV was a stressful experience. It worsened knowing that, if I stayed with Fubo and continued having this experience, I would pay close to $50 for one month and over $73 for this. With ads, too. But when I'm watching from my phone, I have no issues. Overall, not worth it.

Signed up for Fubo for the teaser rate of $48.99 for the first month, first charge came in at $70.17. The explanation from Fubo customer service was that additional taxes, fees and regional restrictions may apply. Taxes are a fact of life, taxes added $4.19. However there was also a $16.99 sports fee which was not disclosed at signup and was not in any way accepted at signup. Buyer beware, do not sign up for Fubo, nondisclosure of fees is a major red flag. Canceled the subscription. Companies that cannot be honest from the get go don’t deserve my business.

Great Customer Service
Just signed up and of course day I get a email about a promo to join and save money. I contacted customer service through chat. I was connected right away to live person who listened and put me in contact with billing. They took cae of me and adjusted my bills for next 2 months. Thanks for the great customer service!!!!

Do not use this service, I was charged again after canceling and don’t even get the full month after being charged
I canceled this service on January 1, 2026 (I have the confirmation email). Despite this, the merchant repeatedly attempted to charge my card and successfully forced a $110 transaction on January 15, 2026. Furthermore, they are terminating my access on January 26, 2026, meaning they charged a full monthly fee for only 11 days of service after I had already canceled. Do not use this service, and do not give them your billing information.
