In my experience, my account didn't reach the daily limit or the total limit, but the system violated the account. Everyone should withdraw their funds. Don't join this company; don't waste your time and money.

I’ve been with FTUK for a little over a week now and passed my eval, upon passing I noticed a mistake in my name, I raised the issue to customer services and Umar helped correct the issue, very happy with the support efficiency, enjoying my journey with FTUK so far!

I recently received my first payout of $1,160 USD from FTUK, and my experience has been very positive so far. The payout process was smooth, and the company delivered exactly as promised.

I do have two suggestions that I believe would improve the trader experience:

1. Make the 2% maximum floating loss rule more visible on the dashboard.
Currently, this rule is mainly explained within the written terms and conditions. Having it displayed prominently on the dashboard at all times would help traders better manage their risk and reduce confusion, which could prevent a lot of the backlash and misunderstandings seen online.

2. Speed up the payout processing timeline.
My payout request was submitted on Friday morning (Sydney time). I received the approval email late Monday night, and the funds appeared in my Rise account on Wednesday evening. While everything was processed correctly, I believe the overall timeline could be shortened to provide a better experience for traders.

That said, the rules are clear if you take the time to understand them. I followed the rules, managed my risk properly, and received my payout without any issues.

Overall, FTUK has been great so far, and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with them.

Hi ! I just bought a flex challenge of $10,000 on 24/05/2026 & today I passed it. It took only 4 Trades with excellent R:R to pass it.
