Before I start I have to point out that this review is of a member of staff, a second 1 star review will follow for the service!

Claire Dunn took over as our account manager last year and is excellent, she could do with some support however from the service team although i think they are hampered by the transport team, who seem to employ a number of 'sales prevention officers'!!

After 4 weeks of 'no shows' on our delivery day, Claire actually turned up last tuesday and filled a van herself of excess rubbish to alleviate the ever growing pile!!

Sadly after that, the friday collect still didn't turn up, but again Claire spoke to me and has arranged a collection today....fingers crossed.

missed collections are rarelt advised and when they do turn up they charge you for excess rubbish!!! Work that one out!!

I hope that shareholders and Directors are aware of this apparent 'attitude', particularly around the transport department, when I ran a large business I would definitely want to be aware!!

Been with fresh start for around a year, they've never missed a collection ang very competitive prices.

Completely abhorrent service. Made countless mistakes and now refusing to let us leave. They want us to send a letter of notice to end our contract, not before 6 months and not after 5 months.

A company that offers appalling service, who then make it impossible to leave.

Plus on top of this they raised our prices 45% by 'mistake' and still haven't fixed it.

Fantastic service. Sean extremely helpful, very personal experience and even had the opportunity to discuss the family company background, i wasn't hassled at any point by multiple phone calls asking if i wanted to go ahead. All in all a very professional and personal experience. THANKYOU

I have been dealing with fresh waste for over 6 months now and recently needed a meduim skip a gentleman called Jason really helped us and got the skip out very quickly and the service was amazing will always recommend fresh waste excellent people and services

They provide a great cost affective service. There Staff are knowledgeable professional and very friendly

Working with Fresh Start Waste Services was honestly infuriating.

We pay for our bin to be emptied every two weeks, yet almost every single time we had to call and complain because it simply wasn’t collected. This happened over and over again.

What made it even worse is that the company repeatedly claimed that the driver had been there and even provided a time of the visit. Yes, their truck was indeed on our warehouse yard — but only to empty our neighbour’s container. Our bin, unfortunately, was completely ignored.

The most ridiculous part is that we had to prove that the bin had not been emptied. On multiple occasions we had to send CCTV recordings clearly showing that the truck never even approached our bin. And yet the same problem kept repeating itself.

This cycle happened dozens of times. Two different managers were involved and neither of them managed to resolve the issue.

It’s unbelievable how much stress we went through over something that should be such a simple service. I would not recommend this company to anyone and honestly wouldn’t wish this level of frustration on any other business.

We have received really good service from Joel, he has been flexible and willing to meet our requirements

We have been working with Fresh Start now for over a year and have always found them to offer a friendly and professional service.
