Never get to close this site again

Never get to close this site again. If you but something and you get another thing, you have to ship it back to China with your own money :) Also when you create a ticket or something, their AI bot or something writes for you like 'A return has been started for this order. No action is required from you at this time.' (this is from me to them but I didn't write anything like this at all)

I ordered a pair of bose open earbud…

I ordered a pair of bose open earbud jewellery and got damaged goods.
Tried several times to contact them with no success but thankfully since I had ordered it via Klarna they finally contacted me.
But after sending them pictures and a video as asked by them they tell me to return it but refuse to give a return address.
I have requested them now a few times already to send me an address but to no avail.
This is a rouge and a fraud company that is ripping people off their hard earned money.
I would advice people never to buy from Fruugo ever again !

Slow shipment but fast solution

Fruugo depends on the quality of the suppliers they use and maybe they should be a bit more selective. I ordered 2x 16GB DDR4 memory and I received after 3 to 4 weeks 4x 8GB DDR3 what will not fit. Messages received on my complains were all empty so I sent a mail to both enquiries@ Fruugo and help@ fruugo and within 48 hours received my money back so that was great. Knowing Fruugo will intervene I dare to use Fruugo in the future without hesitation.

Pancake dose dispenser- poorly made Chinese rip off

Ordered a pancake dose pourer.
1. it took THREE weeks to arrive from China. There was no indication on the site that this was being shipped from China.
2. the product is a piece of sh*t. It is a very bad copy of a product made in France. It leaks!!! It does not dispense a steady dose.
3. the price was almost the same as the French product.
I will never use Fruugo again.

EDIT: Fruugo contacted me. To get a refund, return costs for a defect product are my responsibility... i.e. shipping to China. I bet that will cost more than what I paid for it (€30). I actually bought a better batter dispenser a few hours ago for €24.50 at a real physical shop where I could see what I was buying.

EDIT: Fruugo bugged me in several emails to send photos, which is impossible in this situation. If you hold the dispenser up for the photo with one hand, it looks like you're making it leak by holding the handle! It was so ludicrous trying to prop up the dispenser on two pots to take a photo showing the leak that I gave it up as a waste of time.

My complaints have NOT been addressed:

1. no indication product is made in/shipped from China.
2. it tooks weeks to arrive.
3. it was a knock off of a French product.
4. it was almost as expensive as the real product.

Fruugo has not said anything at all to me about these complaints.

I have since bought the real product and it works fine exactly as it should.

EDIT: I keep getting AUTOMATED replies (oblviously AI) from Fruugo asking for evidence. Clearly, no human is reading anything I write.

I’m sorry for any confusion regarding the shipping origin. To give you a little background, Fruugo is a global marketplace that connects shoppers with independent retailers from all over the world. We include the shipping origin in the "Delivery" section of every listing to help our customers see exactly where their item is traveling from before it's added to their basket.

Regarding the issues with the product itself, I’m more than happy to help you get this resolved.

I noticed a member of our team previously reached out to explain our returns process. 

Generally, return shipping is a customer expense unless an item is faulty. If the item is indeed faulty, we can provide a pre-paid label, but we do need a bit of evidence (like a photo or description of the issue) to move forward with that request.

But at this moment we do not appear to have heard back from you with your evidence. 

I will send you a separate follow-up email right now to request those details. Please do reply to that message with any photos you have so I can advocate for you with the retailer and get this sorted.

Without that information, our hands are unfortunately tied, but I'm looking forward to receiving your reply so we can help!

Unreliable Shop. Avoid them.
Order supposed to be received in 2 days but after over a week it is still in China. Avoid this fake webshop.
