I have been waiting more than 6 months for my order. Keep getting told that its coming and theyre working hard , but how long is this really going to take?

Never received the product. Listen people... dispute the charge with your bank within 60 days. Don't wait for them to send it to you. At least try and get your money back from these scammers.

I have given up with this group of Thieves...! I have now been waiting near to 8 months for an order...! I have contacted them on quite a number of occasions and have received replies which are full of Lies i.e. they say they are sorry (no they are not), they say that the order will be sent soon (no it will not), they also ask for patience because of an abundance of orders (they are just palming off as they don't care about you or your order - they have your money - a scam that worked for the Scum behind this so called company)

After 3 months I have not received my order and just get the same generic response when I try to contact them, even when asking for a refund.
Definitely do not order from them, they’ll take your money but you’ll get nothing.
Scam

I placed an order in March and four months after I haven't received any of the products that I ordered. The customer service keeps sending the same automatic email and refuses to refund my money. There's no possibility of talking to anyone in the company.

The first took about a month to arrive from the US though was as ordered, no problem.

Still waiting. Responses from the company are generic citing production issues. Have refused to give me any proof of dispatch or refund my money.
Avoid

Ordered in November 2024 and nothing received. Just auto responses pretending to be customer service promising delivery or issues with packing have delayed it. No refund, no real people, just bots. 100% a scam.

I placed an order for two jumpers in January this year. It’s now July. No sign of these things ever being delivered. Tried contacting customer service a couple of times to no avail. One time they offered me a discount on my next purchase as compensation. I kindly informed that there was zero chance of me ever placing another order with them.
This business is clearly a scam. Steer clear!

Ordered in December 2024. I emailed them twice a month but only got bot replies. Two months ago, they agreed to a refund, but their messages were always generic no order reference or shipping info. Now their system marks my emails as phishing, so I can’t contact them anymore. I’ve moved on it’s clearly a scam and not worth my time. But I leave a review whenever I get the chance

It's now been 2.5 weeks, I've tried to contact them three times, asking for just SOME information.

Received the same generic non answer, that contained zero helpful information, 3 times now!

I just want SOME information, like, more than no information!

I guess I should have looked up reviews before ordering. I placed an order with Fresh Hoods in March, 2025, and this review is being written in July. Was never given a tracking number, the order never arrived, and on writing customer service they assured me there had just been a delivery error and that they'd "Get a tracking number as soon as it's available".

That was a month ago, and was the most recent response I received (on June 16th). I wrote them again on July 5th to no response, and again today on July 14th.

At this point it appears to be a scam and my money is lost.

Will have to do more research on companies in the future- I just saw this ad on Instagram and placed an order. Stay away.

Do not order from these people - you will regret it. On the 1st of November 2024 I placed an order for two hoodies and a jacket. After dozens of emails they finally delivered the two hoodies over 3 months later. The jacket was missing from the package. Another few dozen pointless conversations with their help I still have not received the jacket. Today is the 13th of July - over 8 months since the order was placed. Plenty of apologies and excuses, but no action.
Having paid via Paypal I had until April to file a claim, I stupidly believed that Freshhoods would deliver and let that date pass.
Do yourself a favour and do not order from these scammers.

Ordered in 2024. No update after I got my notice that my order was received. I consistently reached out and was lied to. To date I have been told they don’t offer refunds, and my order has supposedly be re-processed three times. This last time was on 4/30/25 and I still have nothing. They are telling me since my order is processed they can’t do a refund. Do not order from them.

Review should be a zero after many months and attempts waiting to receive after ordering a jacket for my son he never received it and never even got a refund for it....I am going to make sure no one buys from here again......worst experience ever. Dont buy from him ever this is the ownners information call him put a class action suit

This is no way to do business. The designs are very nice, but I've been waiting since May 1st, and it's now July 10, and I'm still waiting for the order. What's going on? I hate to do bad reviews, but I feel frustrated with you guys.

If I could give no stars I would. The worst.
Utter scammers.

I had several successful purchases in the past, no dramas but now I find mysely having waited 3 months and not even a tracking number. Worst aspect, nobody to call and the emailed responses are some AI Bot that you can curse at and it will almost always tell you "your order is our top priority......we will issue a tracking number as soon as the order is complete." ZERO CARE ABOUT ORDERS UNFULFILED. They use 31 supply houses out of China, it's literally a website only that is a glorified waiter.

I ordered from Fresh Hoods on December 8, 2024 (Order #478815). I never received the product, and the company continues to delay with vague responses.

I also never got a promised partial refund for a defective item from a previous order. I have contacted them several times, set a clear refund deadline, and was ignored.

Total amount owed: €56.76 (~$62.50).

After 7 months with no resolution, I had to file official complaints. I can’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Don’t buy anything on this fraudulent store. Freshhods are scammers.
They don’t send the products, and answer emails like bots, not solving anything. Just automated repetitive messages that not correspond to the topic you are asking for.
Go away from Freshhoods, they are scammers.
