Scam. Don’t buy.

Bought a hoodie in April and it never came. Reached out to customer support multiple times and never really got an answer. After 3 months, I demanded a refund and got no response. Fortunately, I used Venmo to pay for the item so I reached out to them and created a dispute. Venmo waited 2 weeks for the seller to respond to the dispute and they never did so they ruled the dispute in my favor and got my money back. If you used Venmo, I highly recommend disputing the transaction so you can hopefully get your money back.

Worst customer service ever!!

Worst customer service ever!!! I’ve emailed multiple times about my hoodie. Sane response every time that it will ship soon and they’d offer me 10%off next order. Yeah right. I ordered my hoodie 12/24/24 and still no product. Horrible horrible horrible.

Scam Company

Paid for products in December and still haven't received them. Get the same generic customer service email response each time that they've had production issues cut it's been solved and they're working through the orders.
Complete scam company. Do not order.

8 months and still waiting….

I ordered this 26th November 2024. Love the designs, but the big problem is they haven’t delivered. I have queried and been patient, but nothing has arrived or even changed on the order. The response comes from zendesk which is an AI customer service bot (saw adds for it on YouTube). Despite all the issues they have they’re still putting offers out but not delivering. I spent £125 on this stuff. To receive NONE of it. I’m still pushing but oh my god do not touch this unless they get their production in order….

Awful service

Awful service. Ordered in December, gave up in May and had to go through my Credit card company to get the money refunded.

Was a constant back and forth email relay while they tried fobbing me off with nonsense.

Received everything when ordering a few years ago so didn't expect this.

Total scam

Total scam. Paid $50 and never received anything! Contact customer support and they were no help. It seemed like it was an auto generated response every time!

I just bought but I'm afraid

I just bought because I really like their clothes but I'm afraid that they won't respond or that nothing will arrive seeing the other comments. I will be patient and act to see what happens.

Undelivered and unresponsive

Haven’t delivered my package since I ordered it on 10th Jan. Multiple emails (at least 30) sent back and forth with no concrete action besides the standard “we understand your frustration…” response. Very strange they’ve become fraudsters when they’ve previously not done this sort of thing to me in the past.

I will never shop here grain!!

Since December my order has been processing. Each time I enquire I’m told it’ll be send out right away. We’re not in July and I’m still being told it’ll be sent out. They’re refusing to issue a refund on the grounds that once it’s sent to process it’s too late for a refund.

Never Arrived!

I've contacted them many times when my order had not arrived before Christmas. It's now been 8 months. I had previously received hoodies for them which my boys loved and were wanting more. Sadly, they never arrived and I never got a refund. Never again!

Along with everyone else, it's been over a month with no updates. Support offered me 'store credit' and 10% off future orders. What a joke. Creating a chargeback and won't be coming back
