My internet had gone down so I rang customer support. Ibrahim answered within 2 rings and proceeded with patience with me to get my internet back up and running. I needed to reconfigure my router and he led me step by step until I was reconnected.
Overall a very good experience and Ibrahim was brilliant with me , a credit to your company.

I had trouble with my phone. Both myself and the support staff tried everything, Then they sent me a new phone. Once I got my new phone, the old phone worked straight away. Mind boggling. Working properly.
All sorted. Amazing help. Couldn't fault anything 10/10.

After having a misunderstanding and thinking i wasent in a contract with fresh fiber i moved internet, to find out the missunderstanding was that i was in a contract. my issue was dealt with promptly, affishently and professionally, dropping my contract to a lower deal and even got a little credit back, always a bonus.meaning I was happy to stay with fresh fiber and I was happy with how fresh fiber delt with my issue thank-you.

I phoned Freshfibre, with some connection issues. I spoke to the agent about upgrading my Internet and instead of agent just going yes let's do that for you he had tried other things first. The agent had called a few times, once to see if i had received my new router and if i had managed to set it up properly and the other was after the weekend which us when my internet is used the most to see if the Internet had improved. When it hadn't the agent then sent myself a better router and upgraded my Internet. I received my router the next day and my Internet was upgraded straight away and ive not looked back since. The agent again phoned myself to make sure all was well over the weekend and my children loved the new speed and the fact there was no lag on their games.
So to sum uo exceptional customer service.

After emailing Fresh Fibre about a fault with my broadband, within 10 minutes I received a phone call from a lovely pilot and professional lady named Asmae. She was very helpful and talked me through the process to rectify the fault. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you Asmae
