I have been a customer of Fresh Fibre for three years and have consistently found their customer service and technical support to be exceptional. Earlier this week I contacted the company to cancel my contract as I am moving to another provider due to a more favourable offer and lower cost for the same service. Qadr, with whom I spoke, was extremely courteous and understood my decision. It is unfortunate that the company could not match the competitive pricing and offers of its competitors.
Have been with Fresh Fibre for 18months! Excellent service from very pleasant professional sales team, technical support was excellent and actual Fibre efficient! Recently supplied new router which arrived promptly and had callsto ensure all ok! Highly recommended

I have had no problems with Fresh Fibre and any slight issues have been resolved immediately. The broadband service has been fine throughout my contract. I am only changing provider because my new TV package includes broadband.

When there was an outage in our area the customer service team, were so helpful, professional and friendly. The issue was resolved within the hour and we even received a phonecall to check we were back online.

Had an issue with my broadband and they sent 2 engineers out who went over and beyond to make sure it was fixed for me even laying new cables. Great service.

I reported that my internet cable was damaged due to my dog eating it... it was reported at 4:30pm. They arranged someone to come and repair it the very next day. They kept me well informed and up to date with everything. Sorted super quick and they were so easy to get hold of. Fantastic customer service. They even rang to make sure everything was sorted and up to date.
Asmae helped me today to fix my Internet. This lady has gone above and beyond 😀 .I computer illiterate and she talked me through it and had lots of patience. Of I lived in the Birmingham area I'd be treating her to a drink .Thank you so much x
