I just used FPF for the first time, to purchase a ski apartment in the French Alps. The service far exceeded any expectations that I might have held at the beginning of the process. They were instrumental in helping me through the very detailed and often confusing French mortgage application process. They were often relied upon to translate French documents and to show me how to correctly fill out banking forms. They provided all documentation to me in an easy to understand format and gave me constant progress updates throughout the application. I was prescribed a personal representative from FPM, Mr Janiak, who was incredibly reliable. Emails and telephone calls were responded to on every occasion and usually within 15 minutes. The service received was extremely professional and at the same time, friendly and personable. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending FPM to any person seeking to get a mortgage in France.
