Excellent support and hand-holding to get my mortgage in France identified, applied for and successfully implemented. Konrad was really on it and a pleasure to work with. Fee is not insignificant, but it's covered by the mortgage company, and from what I can tell, didn't cost me any more than going direct, and offered me a lot of value in terms of pulling things together in the right way. Top marks, highly recommended.

Great experience - Matthieu from FPF made a very tricky process (English couple, living in HK, buying house in France) much simpler and held our hand through the whole process up to acquisition and beyond. They find the best deals, remove a lot of the complexity and are very user friendly.

These guys were great. We speak very little French so they handled absolutely everything for us. Helped set up bank accounts, secure the credit, and process all the paperwork. Good post-support when we had to get hold of people at the provider a few months down the line too..

French Private Finance were extremely helpful, fast and reliable to deal with - enabling our property purchase in the Alps well beyond their core remit. They supported us finding and agreeing favourable terms with a major French lender and managed all parts of the process between languages (French/English) when we needed them to, and even called out some legal process points for us to consider. On top of that they were lovely people to work with. Totally recommend.

I used John / Matthieu (of FPF) to assist me in obtaining a loan to part finance a purchase of a property in Meribel. Two aspects stand them apart from others; 1) they (seem to) have excellent relationships with a series of banks in France, which meant the interest rate and terms of the loan I obtained were very good and a step change different (better) than other potential sources; 2) they are extremely efficient and timely at managing the information gathering exercise required to apply for the loan, managing each stage proactively. I had no knowledge of French Private Finance prior to being introduced to them when I agreed to purchase a new build ski apartment, I am a a chartered accountant and a chartered financial planner and so I was hoping to receive advice and a level of service comparable to how my business has interacted with high net worth clients over many years - I was not let down. Romeo “held my hand” through the entire process especially as the French system for obtaining a mortgage is somewhat different to that in the UK. We cannot rave enough about what a wonderful experience we had with Matthieu Ragon at French Private Finance. With what could have been a very stressful and murky undertaking, Matthieu held our hand through every part of applying for a mortgage in France and made everything go incredibly smoothly. The kind, personal, and proactive attention we received was not something we were expecting of the house buying process in France. We also used our financing to help finance some renovation expenses and I simply could not believe how easy French Private Finance made it all.
