they will send you extra bill for the work that was quoted before to use their service, since it is low price and once the freight is delivered they will send you extra bill for the service like wait time, storage if their driver dont deliver on time and refused delivery due to their drive not caring to deliver on time.

I have the initiative to call to customer service yesterday twice, just to confirm that we were all good for the pickup and customer service told me twice that they were going to confirm with the contractor and also they will get me a more accurate pickup time … well, I received no call , or email at all from customer service and the company never showed up.
