FRAUD!

FRAUD!! The money is missing they say, it's in the CEO's pocket. My exchange confirmed the money was sent to the correct wallet. If you find this page, free wallet has scammed you. The CEO is apparently on the run and they are literally a 100% scam. Unfortunate. Sad stories you'll hear from others too.

This company is ridiculous

This company is ridiculous. I had a couple of different accounts with different email addresses and i religiously use just one account but for some reason the last time I logged in, it went to an account where the email was never verified because I noticed the email address was entered as .con rather than .com. Well you have to confirm the transaction from an email. That’s when I realized I used the wrong account. So I contacted freewallet on 6/12/24, same day I purchased the Ethereum. When I told support about the typo and that I had accessed the wrong account, I figured a few questions to validate I am the owner. They send the longest, most ridiculous number of things they want you to submit. But once you submit, they’ll ask for something else. I have approximately 70 emails going back and forth with them to resolve this. They even want you to record your screen as you go to your acct and then click the open browser link so they can see the entire transaction. So I did that. It is now 6/19 and nothing have been fixed and they are simply just ignoring me now. Won’t respond to my emails, nothing. Just Google freewallet and you’ll see the ALL the negative reviews. Beware of this site. It seems they have no intention of ever letting me withdraw my money

Didn't receive the coins I transfered to my 'freewallet'

I urgently needed to transfer some altcoins due to the bankruptcy of bittrex. I found freewallet to supposedly offer wallets for this altcoin, so I made an account and used the wallet/adress that was assigned to me to transfer some of my altcoins. I never actually received my coins in said wallet.

Freewallet org are scammers

Freewallet org are scammers! As soon as you deposit coins, your wallet will be blocked.
The only way to get your coins back is to send official crime reports to your local authorities and international organisations, like Europol.
There is a NGO, created by Freewallet scam victims, you may find their contacts, ask them for free legal support!

This site is a scam

This site is a scam, I opened years ago an account, transfered crypto and have had issues since, this year I tried to send to a wallet and for over a month pending identity verification, after the fact I sent what was requested. You will never retrieve your funds back if you deposit or send to free wallet. The owners are in Lisbon and this scam has a petition and open investigations in national fraud. The real owners are Dmitry and Alexey Gunyashov residing in Lisbon. Scam

You can't take money out once you put…

You can't take money out once you put it in. 100% scam. You can't buy gift cards, you can't send your money out. It's just a scam that steals your money. When you attempt to send the money out they "lock" your account, and then ask for video proof of you depositing your money in the first place. These people should be in jail.

Unreasonable transaction fees

The account opening process was simple, but they charged me $75 per transaction for sending Bitcoin out of my FreeWallet. I am closing my account to fine more sanely priced alternatives...

Scam

Like many people, I was ripped off by this app. Be careful, don't put money in because you'll never see it again. They block your account for I quote "suspicious activity on your account" and ask you for a bunch of paper, including bank statements, to get it back. I am thinking of opening legal proceedings against them.

In both Freewallet and HITBTC are…

In both Freewallet and HITBTC are Andrey Savchenko, Ullus Corporation are involved. Stealing billions of dogecoins. These people are not allowed to do business in USA. I just read hitbtc.info, they are making legall cases against these scammers. Tha facts is, I had a very bad expriences with these two scam companies. They did not allow me to get my dogcoins out of the exchange. So I had to sell my assets with very low price. I have nothing to loose now and I want the world to know about this, so other wont fall for the freewallet and hitbtc trap.

Freewallett : great scam wallet

Freewallett is in fact a scam wallet. Not only do they steal customers' wallets/money, they sell and use all confidential data sent by customers to get their wallets unlocked. They never say the Company Function and the name of the owner of the information sent to them by customers. The response emails are all the same and perhaps sent by non-humans. I say this after months of having my wallet blocked due to "invented" checks. Every time you send them photos... documents... bills... videos proving transactions... there is always something wrong and they add other absurd requests, to keep all the money!!. For months they have been stealing my money without any authorization!! No customer has gotten their money back in months!! I also invite you to send emails to the Apple Store to have them banned from the store. Hundreds of people have already done so. I also invite American citizens to report everything to the FBI (financial crimes). You will never get your money back!! There are dozens of complaints around the world. I repeat: not only do they not give your money back but they also sell your data/photos/documents that you sent to them to commit financial crimes!! Spread the word to your friends!!!

This platform is the worst place to store your cryptocurrency. I had an issue with my account and I was asked to send some documents and some other pictures, after doing all these I still did not get my funds.
When you try to contact them via telegram they will just ask you for your ticket number and after then nothing will be done. I would not advise anyone to use this platform because they are fake. Luckily I was able to get my funds recovered through and agency. contact plus one three two three three zero four zero six three four. Please do not ever store your funds in Freewallet. Please we need to find a way we can bring their app down.
