freetobook is simple and good
We can only say good things about freetobook. We are a danish couple that has a hotel in Uganda and it was easy to setup and connect to booking.com ect.

We’ve been using freetobook for several years. They are really helpful whenever you have any questions - however simple or difficult. They take the hassle out of running a business and their site is always easy to navigate. Excellent and always quick to implement any changes you need to make.
Flexible and easy to use.
We have been with Freetobook for nearly 8 years, adding additional services as time has passed. The good thing is you can subscribe to as many of their services or stay with the basic package it is very flexible to your needs. Any questions or issues that we have had are answered and dealt with promptly and in such a way that is easily understandable. It was easily integrated into our own website with booking buttons and reviews and they understand the need for small businesses to get and to focus on direct bookings which the system handles perfectly. In the 8 years new services are regularly added and it has developed into important of our day to day business life.
Shepherd's Delight Review
I was a complete newbie to this industry. It was via Freetobook and their comprehensive website with its quick tutorial videos that I was able to set up a booking platform for my small holiday rental including a deposit payment method.
Their website has lots to it but it is fairly intuitively set up so navigating around it is OK.
I have found Freetobook a friendly company who have always got back to me to answer any direct questions, and offered great advice when necessary. I feel like they are there for me should I need their advice or help.

Freetobook is a great business
Freetobook is a great business. I love using their software for my bed and breakfast. It makes booking really easy for the guests, and the software is simple and intuitive for me to use (with help on hand if I need it.) I can easily manage bookings, the diary and guest communications. It makes financial sense too as I'm not paying massive commission to an OTA (online travel agent.)

Have used Freetobook for a number of years now. Easy to use (and free) booking system which integrates seamlessly with card payment services (we use Stripe). Great support and customer care (and not pushy like some :) ). Highly recommended.

I use Freetobook as the booking portal for my B&B. It is very user friendly and simple to navigate not only on a desktop but a mobile too.
There are tutuorials to help you set up your booking system and following the step by step instructions makes your life so much easier. It can be used for a stand alone business like ours or if you have multiple properties to manage.
There is a great support package and you can confidently ask any question knowing you will get help to aid what you are trying to accomplish.
Freetobook can have links to OTA's if required and the rates pushed through to these can be adjusted very easily. You can also buy into a link to online payment method which makes it easier for guests to book and pay at the same time. The messaging system to guests is a great way to make sure all the necessary information you want to give guests before arrival gets to them at a time you choose and thus setting their mind at rest that they are going to have a great stay.
I highly recommend Freetobook to both new businesses and to those up and runnimg who feel their current system doesnt quite hit the mark.
Finally you can join the Freetobook FB group and hear about new initiatives and get support from staff and fellow users.

I started to use Freetobook a couple of years ago and have slowly begun using more and more of the great services they offer. I have never had a minute of trouble sorting things out, and now use their booking calendar, automatic messaging service, Stripe payment method and their way to access Google Hotel Ads. Extremely happy with the service and everything they provide. They are also trying to push direct bookings as much as possible, to deter customers from booking via the big OTAs that take so much percentage of our hard earned profits, which is a great philosophy for anyone to adopt. Well done Freetobook, keep up the great work! :0)

A really simple and straightforward solution that does exactly what it says on the tin. The team are always on hand with help and support and very responsive which allows me to get on with running the business. All their tools integrate together so well and the team are constantly developing new features with enhance the experience.

Freetobook 2nd to none!
I have used FreetoBook for a few years now for our campsite. When I first started I found it easy to setup without any help - by following the great videos provided. Have now added iCal option. The reviews for our site have been great as Freetobook must send an email to ask customers to consider leaving a review after there stay. 5 Stars would not hesitate to recommend it

I have just started using Freetobook. It has been very straight forward and easy to use. I have had lots of questions, and whenever I have called, the staff have been extremely helpful to explain things to me. It is also very affordable, and has synced easily with an OTA.
