Just a useless pay more but please contract with direct network i made a contract from last 4 months but my but Internet is not working in 98% of germany when i contacted them they said i have change the network operator i need to pay 29 euro for sim card and my previous package was 38gb for 18 euro but now they offer me 12 gb with 20 euro as you kow its there fault not mine but i have to pay them for their fault as well i will make a page about freenet and review them i will spend money from my pocket to review this useless website

COMPLETE SCAM! They used my bad German to sign me up to 2 BLLSHIT VIDEO SERVICES no one need or wants, and charged me 170 euros over a year and a half, when confronted they said its my problem for saying yes to something i didn't ask for and didn't understand was offered to me. NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM - VERY BAD FAITH

Foreigner: Never buy a prepaid from freenet. It did not appear to me in any way from my order that it is valid until further notice. I tried to cancel my prepaid for 6 months without a result – I didn’t get a customer service in English, I couldn’t get in touch with customer service by a call, I couldn’t cancel my prepaid online either. I was so desperate and I got bills from prepaid I used only for a month (which I paid it for.) I found it rude that when I asked customer service in English, I got a perfect answer in English that they don’t give any service in English. What is the reasoning for that? Now I finally got my prepaid cancelled and paid one last bill (I hope so…) I can’t recommend. I’m very disappointed. This was such a psychological burden for me. I would have liked more help, which is what a paying customer deserves!

Really great customer service. Love that they have budget friendly plans from the top mobile networks. They make sure to provide the same plans but for a cheaper price! I have a Telekom plan with them that costs less than what it would have costed with Telekom but the data speeds, features and everything else from the plan is exactly what Telekom gives. Very happy!

My request was processed as soon as possible

I bought an esim card and although installing it on my new iphone should have been an easy process, I was kind of overwhelmed. The Freenet team guided me through this, and it was comforting to know they had the patience and expertise to handle my questions. The two ladies I spoke with were simply great!

I had a terrible experience with freenet and I would never recommend their services to anyone. Their customer support is extremely unhelpful and unresponsive, and their product did not work as advertised.

I had multiple issues with the product, including not being able to connect to the internet while roaming abroad, despite following all their instructions and even contacting technical support. When I reached out to customer support, they were not able to provide any solutions or even acknowledge the problem. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Furthermore, the entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. I would not trust this company with any future business and strongly advise others to steer clear as well.

Overall, I give freenet a rating of one out of five stars for their poor product and even worse customer service.
