I purchased my stand up paddle board in June of ‘22 and have been using it steadily. I love the fact that you can sit stand or kneel to easily maneuver the board wherever you want to go. I have used it at the beach, the river and Florida springs. The portability of the board enables me to easily transport it in my SUV along with my cooler and camping equipment. The SUP is simple to inflate and super light to carry to shore. My little dog Fergie loves to wear her shark life jacket and ride on the front! Great to watch dolphins or manatees. Thank you for a great board at a great price!

We love our stand up paddleboard! We got the junior size for my 9 year old's birthday. Easy to use and held up great through the summer!

I bought my FreeinSup a couple years ago. I was 65 yrs old at that time and had never tried anything like this! I love my board. I can stand and paddle!!! Lol. It has a seat attachment which I use every time I take it out. Two years later my enjoyment of my SUP continues. It is a steady water craft and moves through choppy water and beautifully… of course I love glassy lakes.
Any questions I have or help I have needed have been responded to immediately by the support team. People always ask about and look over my board and I always highly recommend FreeinSUP.

Purchased my Freein last year and I am still using it today. I'm 59 years old and enjoy heading out to the lake. My daughter purchased one soon after and we both get out every chance we get. So easy to pack into the back seat and drive out to local rivers and lakes in the area. Easy to inflate and easy to pack away again for the next trip. Thank you Freein for providing this senior citizen a great recreational joy.

I just had the best customer service experience from freein sup.

I bought our SUP 2 years ago from Amazon UK. Unfortunately a few weeks ago, the detachable fin was lost. I contacted freein through their website (no longer available on Amazon UK). They were very helpful and despatched a replacement free of charge even though it was not a warranty issue or a fault of their own. The replacement arrived 1 week after I first contact them, having been despatched from China. Very impressive service. Thanks Freein SUP!

I purchased an electric pump for the paddleboard on their website. The pump never got to me, they are not answering my emails and there is no phone number where I could call them. Never got the money back. It's been a month now.
That to me sounds like a scam !

This company is wonderful!! I have loved my board for a couple of years now. Recently, the seam busted open and caused an unrepairable hole. I sent the picture to Freein and they immediately made arrangements to send me a new board. I just got it and am so excited to get back out there again! Thank you for being so customer focused.

My screw broke in my fin. I did not lose the fin, but I need a replacement screw. I don't want to spend $40 on a whole new fin/screw. I have emailed customer service THREE TIMES, but have YET to get a response.

Wow! FreeinSUP's customer service is really great. If you don't understand anything, you can ask customer service, and the customer service will give you very detailed answers, the product quality is also very good, I like it!

I am a yoga lover, but I have never done yoga on the water. I think doing yoga on the water should be a good experience. When I see yoga boards online, I bought one as a try. The board is very strong and very Stable, don't worry about the large range of movement, which will lead to insecurity. Freein's yoga board is really a good choice, he gave me a great shopping experience.

I am a total beginner to this. Very happy with this SUP. This is the first one I have purchased. Took the board out yesterday to a lake nearby, it worked great! It was very stable, even with two people sitting on it. You will be pumping for a while a good solid 15 minutes and it is exhausting but that is not a difficult thing it is just physically difficult. Anyway, I’m pleased with my purchase. I really love this board for the price.

This company doesn’t stand by its policies of return and satisfaction with the product. The product quality is not as advertise. While the board is a typical vinyl, the pad has a really rough texture that is uncomfortable. The pump and hose are cheap plastic and don’t work as well as others. All hooks are plastic and seems extremely fragile. They don’t have US presence so unfortunately dealing with returns is almost impossible. Is an expensive purchase for such bad quality and a terrible customer experience. I will recommend you spent more money on a brand that has reviews of good customer service.

Company impossible to reach. Waited 6 weeks for board. Sent the wrong one very disappointed ☹️

After renting for awhile I finally decided to buy my own SUP.
I am very happy with it. The board is stable and have a large non-slop surface.so I can paddle or do yoga on it.

Just got my freein paddle board and it is AMAZING!!! We got two of these boards to fit in our apartment and so our dog (45 lbs) could go SUP boarding with us. This thing seems really sturdy and can easily fit me and the dog. The three fin system keeps it nice and stable even though it is on the shorter end for stand up paddle boards. I’m pleased with my purchase!

I Love this board so much! Everything out of the box is really well made, including the paddle - on the water it was strong and easy to adjust the length for kneeling or standing. It's stable for me, which is good because i don't have great balance. If you are considering purchasing Freein Paddle Board, I will say go for it!

Really great iSUP! It's my first isup, works great for me, i bought the 11' blue one, they even design a action cam mount on the isup! So we can record our paddle life, happy with this purchase!
