-Absolutely stellar company with great customer service. Had a detailed question in regards to material of each inflatable kayak and different options. Jeremy replied immediately with a professional and knowledgeable answer that really helped me decide which kayak would work best for us.

- products are priced considerably less than "name brand" (bote etc.,) But materials are equally good or better. My gf has a bote stand up paddle board (top of line). The tandem drop stitch rescue is on a whole other tier in regards to durability, tracking, and included extras (hand pump with pressure gauge).

-Fishing is amazing in tandem rescue drop-stitch (Miami, FL). You can stand up, sight cast, etc., And the kayak is more stable than my class 2 ww rapids fiberglass canoe (madriver passage 14). I have traveled through oyster beds, mangroves, and gator infested marsh without any fear of danger as you sit litteraly 4-6inches off the waters surface due to the high pressure drop-stitch floor (same material as stand up paddle board).

We like everything about our 2 SUPs and love having family and guests try it out on the lake by our house. One SUP did develop a small leak, and I emailed Freein to explain my patch did not work (with a photo). They immediately told me they would replace the SUP (due to the kind of leak), and we have received that replacement.

I love my board - everything about it! It is stable, holds air remarkably well, is easy to inflate and deflate, and not too heavy to carry. Also, after being very dissatisfied with my electric pump and its hose cracking, and having the hose from the manual pump break because I was using it with the electric pump, Freein stood by their products and replaced these items free of charge. Having such a customer-centered response is rare! I am a customer for life!

I am very happy with the quality of the board and the workmanship. I ordered a competitor’s board first. The paint was smeared and there was overspray on the top of the board. There was glue around the seams. My Freein SUP is perfect!

I purchased the windsurf SUP with a connection for a windsurfing sail and center fin. I bought an inflatable sail as well, and while this is clearly not a professional windsurfing rig, it worked great, and was a lot of fun for someone who is new to windsurfing! The board works great for regular paddleboarding, and we brought it out over 10 times this summer. High quality materials, looks great, and is easy to paddle around for a long time. I lost a screw, and they sent me multiple fins and screws at no charge! Great customer service and a great product!

We are really happy with our SUP…! As we are near 60… we bought and electric pump and now is easy to inflate and deflate… as other comments, we have a little concern how to be sure the valve is closed…
But just this small concern… we are happy feeling the waves on the board…! It is a beautiful experience!

I love my board! I use it primarily on rivers and I love that I can throw it and my bike in the car so I can shuttle myself up and down the river. Is also packs down small enough so that I could take it along in the car on the family vacation. The board seems sturdy and solid, the paddle works but is a little flimsy. I will probably upgrade to a better paddle, but this was a great starter set to get into paddle boarding.

I love this paddle board. It’s very easy to blow up and deflate. I also like that it comes with a seat so it can be used as a kayak as well. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to fit everything in the bag it came with because often times things don’t seem to fit the same way as advertised l. But there’s plenty of room to easily fit everything back in the bag. That was a big plus for me too. The board feels like it’s well made and durable.

I bought the inflatable sup for windsurfing. Honestly my favorite board now. Once you get it inflated to 12-15 psi, it feels super solid just like a fiberglass board. I had to show some of the guys at the beach where it inflates to prove it was an inflatable lol. The build quality is phenomenal, the board is so fun to ride, package came with everything included and shipping was as fast as Amazon! Highly recommend. Will absolutely shop here again! I purchased two FREEIN 10'6" INFLATABLE KAYAK SUPs this summer and have used them about a dozen times so far. Compared to other inflatable SUPs I've seen I find these are very well constructed. I inflate mine to 16 PSI and it is rock solid. I typically use then for 3 to 5 hours at a time and they do not lose any air. I like that it comes with a SUP paddle that is also convertible to a kayak paddle. I generally bring the kayak paddle with me attacked to the front bungee and use it if it's very windy or is I want to paddle while kneeling or sitting. I took the boat on a long excursion exploring a pond in NH. The bungee area was able to hold the kayak paddle, a soft cooler, the dry bag and some trail shoes. I'm really happy with this purchase.

I really love the board that I got! I have used it more times then I can count this summer on both small quiet lakes and rougher water as well. It’s fairly easy to stand up on, but I typically just remain seated and kayak on it. Very easy to carry which is why I got it in the first place since I am not strong enough to lift up a hard shell board on my own. I did buy an automatic pump to go with this board which I would recommend as well.

I got the windsurfing board. Can't say enough, I'm windsurfing. Durable, inflates like it should. A wonderful product.

I love our FreeinSUP boards! When I ordered the first board, I already owned a board by Body Glove. In my opinion the ride on the Freein board was smoother and faster, so I sold the BG and paid for a second. Now my bf and I are two as we race and play on local waterways!

The Freein SUP and the company that makes it could not have given me better performance! When I first got my board, I had a hard time raising the pressure. I called the company and they were wonderful about walking me through the process of getting it to the correct psi. (I soon learned from other paddler that all boards require tons of effort at the end of filling so I got an electric pump.)
I go down the Lower Salt in AZ about 3 times a week now and am more mentally healthy as a result. The Freein paddle board was the best purchase I’ve made in the last couple of years!

We love our FreeinSUP boards! The flexibility of having a kayak or a paddleboard suits our varied interests, and they fold up and store very easily - no need to purchase big kayak racks for the car or find a place to store them in the garage! They are durable and easy to store.

The boards are very sturdy and hold up to minor snags or scrapes. The paddles are easy to adjust. The boards are tough and large enough to accommodate SUP yoga. It's also easy for us to take our son (toddler, ~40lbs) on the kayak with us - we fit with no problem and float easily.

The customer service has been good as well - they shipped promptly, and when we discovered one clip on a kayak seat was broken, they replaced it free of charge immediately.

This has given us a whole new level of adventuring for our family!

Had my board a month...AMAZING WORKOUT! Got kyak version so I float and paddle for hours:-) Well constructed, everything you need, all in the bag!

We are very happy with this board. It is very durable and nice to transport. We took this camping with us and used it every day. It inflates well, but uses a little muscle to get it fully inflated. You have to remember to use the valve to fully inflate the board. That is the only reason I give it 4 stars, instead of 5. It is nice to not worry about an electric pump breaking, though. This is a gray product and I recommend it to anyone!

Took 3 weeks to stand on. Was told hard boards were easier. Once I got, it worked like riding a bike. Great CS, sent me glue in 2 days I used on pad that I damaged slightly. Wife has a different brand but the FreeinSUP has better quality and features.

The first board I received leaked pretty bad. They were great and sent me a second board free of charge. Unfortunately it leaks as well both in the seams unfortunately… neither will hold air over night sadly.
