Absurd
1. The fees of this broken is absurd. I dont know any broker that takes such a high fees for depositing and withdraw.
2. The website is superunsafe, it was shuted down with no explanation for 1week, they where trying to say that it was maitenance job and it will be reopened in a few days. But it didint. It lasted for one week. In reality we all understand that that kind of jobs are planed and last not for a week. My guess is that webiste was hacked with all the personal data of people.
3. The support responses are very slow.
4. They locked the account or something, so you cant transfer your money to d account from trading account, cant exchange from dollar to euro. After asking what was the reasson the question was unresponded for few days. But money was needed now.
5 Final REASON TO LEAVE PLATFORM IS YOU CANT WITHDRAW UR MONEY, AVOID AT ANY COST THIS PLATFORM
Best decision is to take your money out to any more safe platform to save ur data and trade with much lower fees plus to have support 24/7.

I am really disappointed by the platform's behavior in paying dividends. It pays them but all with delay, which I imagine is a scam that they are being used in the meantime for the same purposes, which really scares me and I am thinking of withdrawing from this possible fraud soon.

No need to be a big fish
Love that I can buy bonds in small chunks. Previously, I either had to team up with someone or miss the opportunity. This time, I just picked up $2K worth and slept fine. You don’t need to be a “big investor” to use solid tools.

The office in Greece actually works! I was nearby and decided to drop in. Got to speak with someone face to face, which was great. Honestly didn’t expect it to be a real, functioning office, not just for show.

FREEDOM24, YES IT IS A GREAT PLATFORM
What can I say? Great professional company.
Low fees. Could be better, especially with lower values and small priced stocks. Never had an issue in 2,5 years. Whenever was a problem, it was immediately handled. Super helpfull stuff from my experience. The company is trustfully supervised. Also cash withdraw is super fast the recent month, but the 7 Euros fee could be percentaged by the value.

No customer support and fake answer
The companies customer support is so bad that I have not found another worst broker than this. No chat option, no call receiving, no email replies after another request. long delay to response while opening accounts.
Do not make fool to clients. my account is not verified yet,I cannot sign-up new account. Give time to customers not on reviews to maintain star. You will automatically get good reviews.

D-Accounts Swap Program will be discontinued
Am 12. Mai bekam ich folgende Meldung "we would like to inform you that the D-Accounts Swap Program will be discontinued, effective 12 May 2025." Am nächsten Tag wurde mein Dollarguthaben in Euro umgetauscht. Das zu einem Zeitpunkt, wo der Dollar vermeintlich schwach ist. Danke für den Verlust.

Very bad experience, waste of money
They decided to remove long term deposits, and also d-accounts, which were the only reason why I had my money there.
They also have shady fees.
Only lost money since then.

Ignored for Over two Months – No Support for Tax Report Error
I've been trying to get support from Freedom24 for over two months now regarding an erroneous tax report that still hasn’t been corrected.
I initially contacted their support team via ticket, received only copy-paste replies like “we’re looking into it,” and was then told to email another email address — which was completely ignored.
I also contacted info(at)freedomfinance.eu, the same address their PR team keeps pointing people to in review responses — but that, too, went unanswered.
Since the company has failed to acknowledge or resolve the issue, I’ve now filed a complaint with BaFin.
If you expect reliable service or accountability, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Unbelievable Fraud – The Worst Platform I’ve Ever Used
One of the most non-transparent and misleading platforms I’ve ever dealt with – they charge huge hidden fees without warning and automatically apply an unfavorable pricing plan with no option to choose. Support avoids giving clear answers, and the manager ignored my questions despite promising to follow up. After I warned them I’d expose their scam, they even deleted my order history – luckily, I have screenshots and screen recordings as proof.
