If I could rate it "0" i would

If I could rate it zero i would. Made to $47 in earnings and got ready to cash out. Once I tried to withdraw my earnings, clicked cashout, and all of the sudden my account was restricted. Permanently. No reason given, and it was a verified account.

Stay far away. Most certainly a scam.

Fraud! No Payout!

Spent $50 but managed to accrue $189 in cash payouts. Then they lost my account. I told them you have my payment method. Why can't you trace my account using that? Oh we don't have access to that. They said be warned people. They are not going to pay you the money they owe you

Huge Privacy Violations

Used this for a good year. Tried to cash out and now they want to know everything about me. Photo ID, face scan and all this other BS just for $100. Not worth the risk dumping this kind of data for pennies!

Same as other reports on here and BBB, bad tracking and refusal to pay you but instead ban you.

Same as other reports on here and BBB. The tracking system is flawed and if it doesn't pick up the game or task when completed they refuse to help you. I had a game not track at all and after many hours of play time it didn't grant my task once I finally reached them. Customer support AI is completely useless, you can barely call it AI it's more of just generic responses and if your aren't happy with it then eventually you will get a real person to talk to... Hours later... If the tracking doesn't work they refuse to do anything about lost rewards even with all the proof they could ever need. I was successful in claiming about $140 which before cashing out I didn't know they take 5% of when you cash out. Almost a month later I go cash out another $140 and suddenly my cash out ability is suspended. It made me do an identity verification which I did but still have the restriction. I dealt with the horrible AI chat with no help at all. Finally the next day I get a message from a supposedly real person just saying after review my account is permanently suspended with no reason why. They just said to review the TOS and pasted a section talking about fraud and cheating. Then there was a message to give my review on how helpful the person was... Check BBB and here, this seems to be their motive. They block you and refuse to pay with all sorts of B's responses and show no proof or seem to care about what you have to say.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I spent weeks playing games and completing surveys in my spare time, eventually earning around £100. The moment I tried to withdraw my money, my account was suddenly suspended.

Customer support was useless and only sent the same automated response claiming there were “irregularities” and that the decision was final, with no evidence or explanation provided.

They happily take your time and effort but seem to have no intention of paying out when it’s time to withdraw. Avoid this app and don’t waste your time. There are far better reward apps out there.

Freecash permanently disabled my cashouts after I earned hundreds playing games. Scam Alert.

I wanted to share my experience with Freecash because this feels extremely shady.

I used the app like normal and played games through their offers. I ended up earning hundreds of dollars. I also successfully verified my identity in the app.

Then, when I tried to cash out, my account suddenly had a restriction.

I contacted support, and they told me I needed to provide proof of purchases or transaction history for a game I earned on. The problem is that I did not make any purchases in that game. I also did not receive Freecash rewards for making purchases in that game. The rewards I received were for reaching levels quickly within the required time frame.

I explained this to support. Instead of actually addressing that issue, they permanently disabled my cashouts.

I followed up again and asked them to explain what Terms of Service rule I supposedly violated. Their response was just a generic message saying that after a “thorough review,” my cashouts were permanently disabled due to Terms of Service violations. They still did not explain what I did wrong, what specific rule I violated, or why they were asking me for receipts for purchases I never made. They didn’t respond to anything I said. It looked like 100% AI responses.

I am not using a VPN. I am the only person in my home using this app. I am only using the app on my phone. I only have one phone and one account.

So basically:

I earned money through game offers.

I verified my identity.

I tried to cash out.

They asked for purchase receipts for purchases I never made.

I explained that the offers were level-based, not purchase-based.

They permanently disabled my cash-outs immediately upon reading my response.

They refused to give a specific explanation.

I’m posting this because people should be careful before spending a lot of time on these apps. It seems like they are happy to let users complete offers and earn money, but once the balance gets high and the user tries to withdraw, suddenly there is a “Terms of Service violation” with no real explanation.

Trapping $2,250 Stake.us rewards over an unrelated mobile game dispute

I am writing this to warn high-volume players about Freecash (Almedia USA, Inc). My account was permanently restricted from cashing out over a dispute involving a completely separate casual mobile game. While they have the right to look into account tracking issues, freezing my entire wallet balance is completely unjustified.
The absolute majority of my trapped funds ($2,250 out of $2,679) comes from high-volume, undisputed Stake.us casino milestones. My tracking ledger proves that even after Freecash locked my dashboard access, their backend tracking system remained active on my device to track and log my completions for Stake VIP Silver ($500), Gold ($750), and my brand new Platinum I ($1,000) milestones.
Freecash is actively keeping my tracking link live to collect lucrative corporate affiliate commissions from the casino off my personal gameplay volume, while using a completely separate app as a pretext to steal my cut of the rewards. I had hoped that sending emails would trigger a compliance manager to review my milestone ledger data, and isolate my clean Stake.us earnings, and release my $2,250, but even that did nothing but get the same response with no actual specific explanation. I have also already filed formal complaints with the BBB and consumer protection agencies as well.

Do not trust this app

Do not trust this app. As soon as my earnings exceeded £30, they suddenly restricted my withdrawals. When I contacted customer support, they refused to give a specific reason and just gave a vague answer that I 'violated regulations.' Ultimately, I spent my own money playing games but can't withdraw a single penny. A few lucky people might get cash outs, but you are highly likely to just waste your time and money here.

If only I could give zero stars...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately (Or fortunately for their sake) such a rating does not exist on this site. They claimed I violated their terms and services, banned my account, right after I hit a hot milestone and got $35. Somehow... I doubt this was a mistake. I should have widthdrawn $10 yesterday (the other 35 takes 2 weeks to be redeemable, perhaps to ban accounts, find an excuse, or otherwise). Yeah, this is an absolute scam app.

I know the money apps are legitimate. I easily cashed out with $247. And I did pay a few times to get burning rewards. There are money makers on this app. Just go on their Reddit.

The thing is as said, many of the games are high risk. The Company always sides with the advertisers and gives no warning or chance to appeal before they close/ban your account. Do not play dice dreams or Disney solitaire.

So basically got a ban. And I’m talking to customer support. They will give you an auto response, saying there is no way to overturn their decision and your account was restricted because of too many charge backs despite showing evidence that you legitimately played.

If you still want to play, really go on the Reddit and see which games are on there. But as said, everything there is high risk.

As many have mentioned this company is…

As many have mentioned this company is a scam. I have been a pretty frequent user for the last year and really nothing to show for it besides completing offers for .10 cents a level. Then when you get to cashing out, have fun waiting a week to receive those earning while they verify the completion of the offer. When you do cash out, you pay about $1 fee just transfer it to Venmo. This has to be one of the worst free cash offer sites. Don't waste your money on a single game or this company. You are better off gambling.

Completed Offer Fairly, Then My Earnings Were Withheld

I had been using Freecash for around a month and recently completed the Dice Dreams offer after spending many hours playing legitimately over several days. I met the required tasks fairly and accumulated 449 PLN in earnings.

My cashouts were then paused and later restricted after I accidentally accessed the website while my work VPN was enabled. This was an honest mistake, not an attempt to cheat or misuse the platform.

I contacted support, but only received a generic response about “potential irregularities” reported by providers, without any clear explanation or evidence. I also asked whether the restriction is temporary and requested a manual review, but have not received a proper resolution.

My gameplay progress and day-by-day activity should clearly show genuine participation.

I hope Freecash reviews this case fairly, restores my earned balance, and improves transparency when restricting users’ accounts.

They are a scam company

They are a scam company. I've been playing for 124 days straight. Completed 8 offers from 4 different games where they never credited me and rejected my support tickets even with the proof. They will tell you their system didn't track your progress or the reward so they can't reward you the money. They also change the cashout options and sometimes reject the cashout, resulting in the money you earned to be removed. They take no accountability for their scam and failures
