Scammers

Scammers, as soon as you get over the limit that you can withdraw money - they will ask you to validate your ID, as soon as you complete that - they will ban your account without explanation, just automated response that your account is suspended due to breach of Terms & Conditions. I sent them few emails asking to confirm which T&C I broke, and they refused to do so, so complain to UK International Consumer Centre has been filled and I will be filling another one for Data Disclosure to a relevant authority.

They switch the price of offers after you achieve them. They offer $16 for reaching a level, but when you reach it, they instead offer you .70 and a chance to spin for more, knowing fully well they control the method of spinning. A total scam.

Complete waste of time

Do not waste your time. I made multiple accounts trying to reach the first $25 cash out. You can earn a couple cents but if you earn anything more than a dollar it will not track. If you try to prove it they will reject it and give you no reply the whole time. You’re better off looking for change in the street.

Oh hey free cash. I made the required 25$ needed in order to take out my first withdrawal when I went to take out myoney surprise surprise you said I needed to make an additional 9.33$??? Yeah . So I wasn't about that . After I spent so much time.making literally 15 cents every couple hours. Insane by the way you should all be ashame. I obviously made a complaint on Google play and also complained about the YouTube channel that refered you guys and gifted 10 $ for signing up because it seems like that's about that I lost seeing as not even 24 hours after I made this complaint you guys said my balance was 16.50. no longer 25.80. I have screen shots. I am angry. I spent so much time the least y'all can do is pay me the 25 I am owed.

FREE CASH IS A SCAM!!

They paid on my progress on BINGO BAR and TWINKLE BINGO until the payouts hit $10 and above. Free Cash has DENIED EVERY TICKET SINCE THEN! Even with the screen recordings showing everything they asked for showing that I LEGIT won all those games! They paid on everything until I got past winning 16 games in cash tournaments. Once my games won passed that point they started refusing every ticket after! WHAT A SCAM! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Won’t pay out high value milestones

Uncredited Royal Match Burning Reward 100340393
"I completed the Royal Match offer on Freecash. Levels 200, 400 and 500 tracked perfectly and paid out, proving my device settings were completely correct. However, when I hit Level 300 within the strict Burning Reward time frame, the high-value milestone failed to sync.I filed a support ticket with complete screen recording evidence showing my Player ID and Level 400 status, (I had not completed level 500 at the time, I needed to wait 72 hrs before I raised a ticket) but it was hit with an automated rejection. Freecash support needs to manually review this case as the tracking failure was entirely on their/the provider's end. My Freecash User ID is 100340393. I will update this review once a human representative reviews my video evidence and credits the missing funds."

This app eats your time and money

This app eats your time and if your stupid like me you spend money in the offers that you start to reach targets and then the availability of that offer disappears meaning you can no longer reach targets. Don't touch this app with a bargepole

Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Freecash very quickly took my payments to "buy more spins" but as I have earned cash back, they are unwilling to pay me out. They claim my account was limited until my identift was verified. I have verified my identity and now they want proof of purchases. This is a scam and I am reporting this as fraud.

Avoid. Don’t waste your time.

Glitches with tracking then when you prove to them with all the evidence they ask for after 72hours waiting they just say to contact the provider then same again after ages waiting for ages. you completed all correctly and have screenshots they REFUSE to pay out and blame non existing tracking issues. Always works for small payouts though. Just avoid and don’t waste your time.

Freecash is scamming users with post-completion reward reductions

Freecash is scamming users with post-completion reward reductions, and support is completely lying about what happened.

I completed the Puzzles & Survival iOS offer, “Reach Headquarters Level 25 within 30 days,” when the Burning Reward was still shown at around 15,000–16,000 JPY. This is not a misunderstanding about Burning Rewards. I understand that Burning Rewards decrease over time before completion. The problem is that I completed the task while the displayed reward was still around 15,000–16,000 JPY, but Freecash later paid only 8,087 JPY / 56,572 coins after a long hold.

Shortly after completion, Freecash support confirmed that the task was completed, that the offer/provider side had approved it, and that the reward amount was being held. Support also stated that the reward would not decrease during the hold period.

Despite that, after about 13 days of hold, Freecash credited only 8,087 JPY / 56,572 coins. This amount clearly appears to be the reward after several more time-based reductions during the hold period, not the reward shown when I completed the task.

Freecash support then kept changing its story. One agent said 56,572 coins were paid for Level 25. Another claimed 36,000 coins. Another claimed Freecash can only pay what the offer provider paid. A senior support agent then claimed that 56,572 coins was the initial amount, even though that amount is obviously the reduced amount actually credited after the long hold.

Freecash also tried to blame 37GAMES / the offer provider, claiming they only pay what the provider gives them. I contacted 37GAMES directly, and 37GAMES replied that the Freecash event is operated by Freecash and that 37GAMES is not responsible for Freecash’s rewards, bonuses, or achievements.

I repeatedly asked Freecash to show where the offer screen or Terms say that the reward displayed at completion may be ignored, or that a lower amount may be applied after completion, during review, hold, or delayed crediting. They never provided any such rule. Instead, support said the calculation method, internal process, and internal documentation could not be disclosed. In other words, Freecash wants users to accept a lower payout without showing the rule, timestamp, calculation, or evidence that justifies it.

The senior support process is also useless and looks like deliberate stalling. Freecash said a senior support specialist would respond within 24–48 hours, but the response arrived more than 70 hours later. That senior response did not answer the key questions, then ignored my follow-up questions for about 7 days, and even used a broken template calling me “{user name}.” I am still dealing with senior support now, and although Freecash said a senior would respond within 24 hours if I replied, more than 30 hours have already passed with no answer to my specific questions.

So Freecash confirmed completion and provider approval, said the reward was held and would not decrease during hold, then paid a much lower amount that appears to have decreased during the hold period anyway. After that, support changed the amount and explanation multiple times, blamed the provider, refused to provide the rule or calculation basis, ignored logs, and delayed or ignored questions when asked for proof.

This is not normal Burning Reward behavior. This is a payout reduction after completion.

Freecash must immediately credit the missing amount of about 8,000 JPY, or provide the exact completion timestamp, the reward amount at that timestamp, and the specific rule allowing them to pay less than the amount displayed at completion.

I was banned from Freecash and had my $721.52 balance frozen after completing a large reward offer in good faith. I spent $46.25 of my own money on in-app purchases to meet the offer's requirements, and even submitted a screen recording proving completion, at their own request.
Freecash then accused me of "fraudulent identification" under Term 17, despite my submitting a genuine, government-issued ID matching my real name and account. When I appealed and provided all my evidence (screen recording, ID, purchase history), I received a templated response saying the decision was "final" with no explanation of what specifically was fraudulent.
I've used this account in good faith and have proof of everything. Be cautious before spending real money chasing big offers on this platform. There is no real recourse if they decide to deny you after the fact.

I completed a $86 bonus and it said that I had to complete it within four days. I completed it and they deleted it from my bonuses and I only had this game for 24 hours and they can give me a reason. .. all photos are posted and then free cash support told me they don’t have an explanation just move on to something else but two days in a row they scammed me So that was two days in a row they scammed me and I got pictures ..so they would reward me a couple cent when I completed an objective but anything bigger they will lie and say something wasn’t done right which is a lie cause it’s only one objective..

Do not trust high-paying offers

I am writing this to warn others about Freecash and their offerwall partner, Tyrads. I spent a massive amount of time completing the Palmon Survival offer to reach Camp Level 26, which was worth 136 Euros.I completed everything perfectly within the timeline. When it failed to credit, I opened a ticket with Tyrads and sent clear, timestamped screenshots of my camp level and account profile. They rejected it anyway. I have spent a full month trying to resolve this, but Freecash support completely refused to help, claiming they cannot override the offerwall.Freecash is a shadow of its former self. I have since migrated to alternative sites like CashInStyle, which is night and day compared to this platform. CashInStyle actually handles things professionally, doesn't pull shady tracking stunts, and processes payouts without the runarounds. An important warning about Freecash’s Trustpilot replies:If Freecash replies to this review asking me to "contact support through the link," please know that I have already done this. They previously replied to my complaints asking me to message them, I sent them all of my proof again, and they still kept denying my payment behind the scenes. They only reply publicly to look helpful to people reading reviews while censoring users on their official Reddit page.I have 100% of the proof and full chat logs of my conversations with their support team. Do not waste your time grinding long, high-tier games on Freecash. They will find an excuse to deny your payout at the finish line.

Badd

Title: $200 Withheld - Banned With Zero Evidence Provided

Rating: ★☆ 1 Star

I earned $200 legitimately on FreeCash over several days. My account was suddenly restricted and banned.

I appealed, and Support Agent "Sophie" replied with a copy-paste: "Reviewed, declined. No further steps."

The problem: They provided ZERO proof of what rule I broke. No logs, no screenshots, no explanation. Just "Terms of Service violation".

I was told it was due to "speed", but I was playing manually. FreeCash assumes guilt and steals balances without evidence. Withholding $200 with no proof is unacceptable.

If you earn a large amount, be warned: FreeCash will ban you and keep your money.
