Our Customer Care team did review your order and provided an exchange option, including free regular return postage through our returns portal. The replacement item requested was a higher-value product, and Express Post was also requested, so we provided the balance payable for the exchange.

Women's Pocket-Pro Boxer Briefs with Side Pockets
I purchased the Frank and Beans Women's Pocket-Pro Boxer Briefs with Side Pockets (black) in size small. I feel like there is too much fabric in the groin, like as if they are actually men’s undies designed to fit in a small amount of “junk”. It made me wonder if these women’s underwear are actually just a shrunk down version of men’s undies, rather than a completely unique product designed for a woman’s body.

We’re sorry to hear the fit did not feel right for you, particularly through the groin and front mid-section area. We understand why that would be disappointing.
To clarify, this women’s style is not a shrunk-down version of a men’s underwear pattern. The full mid-section of this style, including the gusset, front rise, groin area, and waist fit, was developed as an original women’s pattern and fitted using female models.
That said, fit can feel different depending on body shape, size preference, and how much room or coverage someone personally likes in a boxer brief style. We appreciate your comments regarding the extra fabric feeling through the front/groin area and will pass this feedback on for review.

Cheap and nasty elastic on the mini g-string. Thought it would soften up after a wash, but the elastic tangles and rolls badly just with one wear. If you’re looking to replace your Bonds mini gee, do NOT go with these ones. Plus, instead of getting 2 each of 5 colours in the 10 pack, I got no black ones at all, with no advance notice.

We’re sorry to hear the G-Strings were disappointing and that the elastic did not feel comfortable for you during wear. We understand this was not the experience you expected.
We can see you contacted our Customer Care team, and we responded directly with the options available. As the garments had already been washed, we were unable to accept them back for refund or exchange due to hygiene requirements for underwear. We did offer a goodwill voucher so you could try another set at no garment cost on a future order, however we understand you did not wish to proceed with that option.
We also apologise that your 10 pack did not include the colour mix you were expecting.
Your feedback regarding the elastic, fit experience, and colour selection has been passed on for review.

I tried to contact F&B about 4 times
I tried to contact F&B about 4 times, trying to ask a question and got a "we are busy we'll get back to you - but only once – the others were ignored. I did end up placing an order based on their sizings, but they really are too big and baggy (the size guide wasn't accurate) but my husband said keep them as it will be too much hassle trying to return them. Never again!

Decent mens Underwear
Very reasonably priced cotton underwear. Men’s sizing is good and fit well, women’s is a pretty poor fit (coming from a guy) with 2 near identical products that have completely different size guides (what I bought her didn’t fit, probably on me). Got 3 types of boxer shorts/ briefs. Feel good. Definitely worth sizing up with some of them which it does say on the website, the button can pop quite easily on the ones with the square button. (should have upsized)
Overall happy. Came fast with no worries and tracking.
Would recommend. Just definitely check size guid for each individual product you want.

Best pair of undies ever..
This was my second purchase of your Boxer Briefs. Which tells all. I have been wearing various styles of underwear for the past six decades, and your Boxer Briefs are my new favorites. The reason I didn't give five stars in my review, was because I was unable to purchase the colour's I desired. (unfortunately since my first purchase approximately two years ago, I have been unable to purchase the colour and size I desire. Which leads me to believe that the undies I am so impressed with are no longer in production... BUMMER!

Made the switch and didn't look back
I wanted to make the change to briefs a while ago and I tried a few brands and honestly these were absolutely fantastic. Have held up really well, are super comfy and have heaps of sizes. I didn't think I would follow a undies store's promotional emails but here we are. Have re-up'd since and will potentially do it again.
