What a terrible website with zero…

What a terrible website with zero possibility to get any assistance to register. Residing in Malta I cannot verify my FRENCH identity using any of those proposed apps:
L’Identité Numérique
La Poste
France Identité
YRIS
TrustMe
All ask for references (social security number etc) which I do not have or the New French ID card which the French government refused to give as my old one is still valid. YRIS accept a Maltese number but when I start the verification it says: could not authenticated contact support team.

If I could put zero stars then I would

If I could put zero stars then I would! I have worked within the IT industry for over 30 years and I have never experienced such a pathetic floored system in my life. I tried to suspend my business via URSSAF and it requires electronic signature recognised by eIDAS. The French Gov publishes a list of qualified companies that you can use to obtain this, But URSSAF does not recognise this and insist's that you use France Connect+. So, I created an account with La Poste and then went to a post office to validate my titre de séjour. The Post Office said my id is not recognised as its a 5 year titre de séjour and not valid. This is an example of how not to run an IT service that is not fit for business. URSSAF should never adopt such a floored system of France Connect. NOT HAPPY!
