A wonderful easy-care investment!

We were early purchasers of Frame It All’s fences and have had two years enjoying it. We have taken many pictures of our gardens. The fence is in pristine condition and provides a perfect backdrop…with zero care. The mahogany color remains true and rich-looking. The occasional white bird-droppings whip off with a damp cloth. We are looking forward to many, many years of a beautiful fence with no care …a wise investment! Thanks for bringing this product to the USA!

The Best Fence Company!

I replaced my fence with the Frame-It-All Riviera and it turned out great. The fence materials are durable and it was easy to install. I’m really glad I found Frame-It-All. Not only is the product great but the customer service is the best! I found the company through Home Depot but it is not at all like dealing with a huge company. I’ve had my fence for over a year now and have reached out to the same support person the whole time from getting samples, to learning more about the installation, to getting replacement parts a year later. Im planning to get the sandbox this year and maybe some flower boxes in the future. I hope they keep coming out with more great products.

Don't be fooled by the Frame It All pictures!

Frame It All looks great in the pictures, but the assembly is NOT easy if one is building alone. I purchased a very pricey 12 x 12 garden and it is half built because it was missing 12 crossrods. There is not a single live person reachable by phone--only AI--and they email you VERY SLOWLY! Terrible customer service and now apparently UPS has lost the missing parts. A nightmare!

Radio Silence to Support Requests

I have placed multiple orders with Frame It All over the years with the most recent one in November. Now that it’s spring it’s time to get my new bed built. I found some issues with the order and cannot get a respond from them. There don’t appear to be any phone numbers on the web site and they aren’t responding to web forms or direct emails. It’s really unfortunate as they have a great product and this has not been typical. Something has gone wrong there.

My oeder arrived missing the brackets…

My oeder arrived missing the brackets and stakes. It took several weeks and multiple emails to get the missing parts.

Your AI front end is extraordinarily Poor

Your AI front end is extraordinarily frustrating and unhelpful. It is impossible to speak to a person. One of the boxes in the shipment we ordered was lots by UPS, and we have yet to receive any response from a human being at Frame It All who can resolve this situation. You have a great product, but you are undermining your relationship with customers by the inability to actually connect to a real human being!!!

Product is excellent

Product is excellent, and relatively easy to assemble.

Only downside is m shipment was missing one piece and am awaiting a replacement piece.

Excellent Product and Customer Service

Product itself is excellent quality and very easy to work with. Looks very good as well.
Service - Very impressed. Part of the shipment was damaged by the shipper and I reported the missing parts to customer service. The service representative provided a prompt replacement to me at no extra cost.

posts are too short to be sturdy no instructions on how to put together,very hard to screw the material, had to drill a pilot hole so screw would go in.

I ordered a small adjust a gate 24”x…

I ordered a small adjust a gate 24”x 51” it’s for a dog run. The one I received says small on it but it requires 8 foot boards. I already purchased 4 foot boards for this. I called customer service. The AI kept me on hold for over 30 minutes refusing to connect me to a person. IT SOUNDED LIKE A GOOD PRODUCT, BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.!
