I bought two 8’ four level raised beds…

I bought two 8’ four level raised beds with full animal barriers. They are fine, but they shipped me the wrong stuff for my kits, and it took two additional shipments to get the parts I needed. I have some 25 packages of connectors (unopened) ready to return to the company. They offered to send free shipping labels (3) but never did! I don’t know if I would buy anything from them again. Why can’t you follow up with me?

You have a great product.

I had a couple of conversations with one of your employees John. He was so helpful and experienced that it made the ordering process easy.

I found your product on the Home Depot web site, someone from your company needs to spend some time working on improving how the product is displayed. A few of the items that I needed for the fence were not even on the web site (Gate, Support post for concrete & Details of all the components), and if it wasn't for John I never would have gotten the SKU numbers for Home Depot. Even the Pro desk that I went had no clue if I hadn't given them the numbers.
Even your competitor Newtechwood does a far better job on their web site, somebody needs to get with the program!!!

Frame IT All is an absolute horrible…

Frame IT All is an absolute horrible company. I purchased a sandbox for my grandkids last June. The box came marked garden kit. My son-in-law found that parts were missing and the boards were the wrong sizes and colors. My son-in-law and I both attempted many times via email and via phone to resolve this issue. The one email we did receive was from Kathy Sickles. She asked for photos of the parts in the box . My son-in-law sent the pictures. No response from Kathy!! We both called and left several messages. NO response from this company!! Well, it was sight of mind over the weather and our family had major events happen so this issue on hold.
Well, I once again sent emails and made phone calls. NOTHING!! Shame on this company!! This purchase was for my grandkids!!

missing pieces poor directions

missing pieces, poor directions. nothing is labeled so you know what parts are what. pieces wont go together if you need to take things apart ( that you have to do often) they wont come apart or they break. the gate assembly is a nightmare.. instead of putting all the pieces together for 1 gate in a bag everything is just tossed in several boxes and you have to play guess what goes where.

So hard to order supplies.

I was recommended your product by our contractor. I went to your website to see if we could order direct or find it locally. The stores in our area you list don’t seem to offer it so I reached out via email.
I was told to use a distributor, but when asked for a contact, I was directed to HomeDepot instead. I was given all the skus i needed to order - which seemed very helpful. But when i went to order, Home Depot didnt even offer some of the skus. And of the skus they did have, it turned out I ordered double the fence posts because the fence posts were already included in the main sku “package”.
So, then I had to personally return the extra posts.
After that, i found out that the package did not include post footing brackets - even though the pictures online show them. So when I reached back out to you, i was given a new sku number but then Home Depot didn’t have that either. In the end, the person finally let me order direct. After 3 weeks of dealing with home depot and returns, I finally got the whole fence. Would not do it again or recommend.

Frame-It-All has a fantastic line of products. The team is incredibly responsive and helpful. They make sure you understand the product and its advantages and they're there to help if you need it before and after purchase.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, ordered 3 weeks ago on April 25 Walk-in Alamo 8' x 8' Animal Barrier Raised Garden Bed - GardenBLOX Capped and never received the product, BAD communication, AI phone support producing no results, no email correspondence until I filed dispute with credit card and no sorry of r delay or reason for delay, just overall bad.

This is a great fencing product!

Ordered our garden box 5 weeks ago

Ordered our garden box 5 weeks ago. It took them this long and three separate shipments to finally get us the proper parts for our order. They didn’t send proper assembly instructions until my second order. I asked multiple times for a person to call me back and they never would. This made correcting the problem drag out for much longer than it should have. I asked for a way to write a review and was ignored, just like when I asked for a conversation to deal with the missing items from my order. They have still not bothered to do anything to fix the problem or acknowledge the issues in my order. At this price they need much better customer support.

I would rather build myself than deal with this uncaring business model.
