Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. Rude over the phone. Do not respond to emails or contact you when agreed. I’ve used them for approximately 5 years and spent almost £2000.00 with them. I attempted to buy another pair of smart glasses from them recently and they advised me to go direct to Ray-Ban as they would void the warranty if they fit my prescription. I took their advice and ray-ban needed my PD. Contacted them back for this information and they have refused to release my information. I understand them not wanting to lose business but they signposted me to begin with. When I challenged Sarah on the phone she said I was being rude and was hanging up on me. They have completely avoided me. Not responded to emails or calls. They have lost my custom and forced me to send a SAR. Stressful situation with no customer care whatsoever.
