The price was more expensive than in the website, I contacted them but even when they told me that they will answer in one day they didn't do It. The delivery time was really fast. I sent the photo already calibrated, however they increased the contrast, loosing luminosity in the imagen.
having spend 20 euros on photo prints and delivery, i never received the photos, very disappointed, would not recommend
I have been ordering a few times with FOTO.com and never got any issue in the past.
But this time is different and I was really not happy with the service provided.
I have ordered a calendar, which was quite quickly sent via post .. but never received it. I have contacted a few times via email the client service but :
* they are very slow to respond
* they kept on asking me to review my adress and to ask my neighboors if they had received my order
* I have claimed several time that I still did not received anything but they just reply by saying ' did you now received it .. ?'
After 3 weeks it is extremly annoying, especially because it was for a birthday and that they never offered to make a new one and send it to me ..
Very angry with them now and still nothing ..
I won't be ordering again from Foto.com
