Prompt response and excellent resolution of the constellation of recent problems that occurred in this apartment; hot water heater, electric shades, radiator, all resolved promptly. Thanks to a professional team.

These people have owed me money for six months.
I have a solde positive on my account (co-proprietaire) because we won a court battle against the promoteurs of the building. Other residents have been refunded. I have not.
They do not even reply to messages on their site, or to emails. Nothing at all.
Avoid these ghastly people as much and as completely as you can.

The sale was arranged quickly and the paperwork was kept up a minimum. The transaction went smoothly and I was very pleased at how quickly and seamlessly the whole transaction went through

I actually searched for apartment for a longtime, In Annecy I understood that I need a support of a agency then i contacted several agencies directly to their offices, i observed that some of apartments are already rented and still they displayed, i dont know what kind of strategy is that, then i contacted Foncia completely online. They are very professional at work, on time everything. They showed me couple of apartments fortunately I found the best apartment from them. Thank you so much for helping to find apartment in Annecy.

The apartment was in a terrible state, very dirty, basically unlivable.

Processing and response was fast. Though there are some repairs needed in the apartment, the agent was very accommodating and polite, no regrets getting the apartment.

We changed Syndic nearly 3 years ago because the previous one was incompetent and they professed to be professional. What a mistake!
They have actually been worse!
They often do not reply to emails and have contempt for English speaking owners.
They have ignored the voting of the owners at the AGM and gone ahead with unnecessary works and installations, double paid numerous invoices and failed to get important work done. The cost has been enormous.
The latest disgrace is to call an EGM one month before the AGM on false grounds at a cost of approximately 11,000€. The response has been overwhelmingly against it but of course they ignore all emails.
DO NOT USE THEM.
Rubbish. Your management team just ignore us. They are even now using no-reply emails.

In this technological age, Foncia are incapable of providing all correspondence electronically. Last year I sent them an email following the purchase of an appartment in a residence they manage. I said, can you pls make sure ALL correspondence is sent electronically. Didn't hear anything back, got to England, and found some post had been sent. I rang them, and said I've asked for correspondence to be sent electronically and I got back to England & found an envelope. They assured me the only reason I had received that was because it had been sent BEFORE my email. The reason I initially sent an email was that at that time, I couldn't log on and access my Espace Client - but even then you cannot access the details yourself to change.
IT WAS A LIE. Foncia lied because apparently they don't send certain correspondence electronically - but did anybody advise me of that? Following the email and then the telephone conversation?
Then last month, I found a charge for 240 EUROS had been added to my account, without any backup documentation or explanation.
240 EUROS!!!!!!!!
Ça va pas, non?
240 EUROS and I've only had the property since Summer 2022.
I have to question - if this charge is for posting correspondence to me in England, then what did you use - gold-plated carrier pigeons?
So if you are someone living on a residence managed by them, be VERY VERY CAREFUL. You need to check all your charges VERY VERY CAREFULLY. This charge for 240 EUROS just suddenly appeared on there along with the other demands for payment and I wasted God knows how much time looking for the documentation that justified this charge. There was none that I could find but their system is rubbish. I'm sure it is deliberately designed to be unhelpful and unclear. A visit to the solicitors is on the cards when I get over there in a couple of weeks,
In the end, I tried to send a letter to their CEO by email but this was intercepted by someone who actually knew what they were doing and in 20 MINUTES she got the charge removed from my account and apologised for the issue.
But the nightmare continues and when I received my quarterly charges for January to March, suddenly my Payment Method is by cheque! Who TF uses cheques these days? I don't even have a cheque book! So I contact them and ask what has changed? Someone has clearly changed some data on my account because I have NEVER paid by cheque. I'm told payments have "changed" and I'm sent a pdf brochure explaining the ways I can pay. One of them is the method I have always used - Bank Transfer. There is some new functionality on the Foncia website which directs you to your bank account - except my bank is not on the dropdown list - which is the first field you have to fill in! I ask for the reference I should be using to make my bank transfer and I get provided with a long reference which includes the building number and my account number so I am a little more reassured but out of the blue it is different to the one I've always used. But there is no confirmation anywhere online or on my paperwork about what the account details are that I need to make my payment to. Is the IBAN the same as I have always used? The person communicating with me says they will need to pass me over to the accounts department for a solution! Really? My local agency cannot tell me (within the secure system) where I make my payments to? This company is a farce! So then supposedly their accounts department is trying to get in touch with me so they can understand MY problem! Seriously? YOU Foncia are the problem. Yet again I'm inconvenienced and you continue to lie. She says she has been unable to get hold of me by phone - well a) my phone details have been on my account for some time (otherwise how did their customer service get hold of me) and b) I have no missed calls. So I go back to the secure system and explain that all I need is the IBAN and I can make a payment. It is exhausting. And I'm just waiting to get a reminder from them about making payment! Go on, just send me one!
We have spent two years asking Foncia Megeve to fix a leak in our basement/cave, and have spent the last 7 days visiting them in their office, emailing and phoning them. No response, failed to turn up to the apartment when asked. The water is leaking and ruining all stored items.
