Low pay outs and very glitchy games.
Played numerous games with these guys and the majority crash mid play... check support. They say reload the game and it should continue up from where you left off. Fact it there's a chance it won't and if not, it's a lost bet. Frustratingly this happened to me mid feature. Reloaded and all lost.
I don't mind a loss, I only gamble what I can afford to lose but with Foxy it ain't a gamble... its all take, and extremely low chance of reward.
Stay away and go elsewhere...

I had been restricted so many times for making a comment spent all my money on here today, 20p to be exact, so they restricted my account.
On contact as advised they wanted my income outgoings which 4 weeks previous they took details I said you have the details use them, no you have to reiterate the details or account will not be open. Shut it down infact shut all down associated with LC INTERNATIONAL
Joined for some fun all I have had is closed accounts restrictions and frustration so now all accounts, closed.
I would recommend others to be careful how and what you say, I've never felt so much frustration from anything I have ever done on line. Waste of time money and efforts.

Ladbrokes took £20 instead of £10 and although knew the error was with them it took them 5 days to refund, even though I have limit on account and they should have only taken £10, said it could be hardship matter for some, so closed me again for saying this.
I could write a book with problems over the 8 months I have been playing, the support is uncaring, no compassion!! Pathetic !!! I would never want to use on line fun ever again

Absolute rubbish. I only deposit small amounts for a bit of fun but never win anything. Dead spin after dead spin and when, and if you ever get the bonus land, then what you win is pittance. Gambling is exactly that, you take a risk and no guarantee that you will win, however, I have played on this site for a number of years, never any big wins but a little here and there.

There was an issue with Foxy and Gala bingo website a few weeks ago, since they 'fixed' whatever it was both sites have been appalling, 20-30 spins with absolutely no win at all, not even 10p!
Not just the once either, it's been everytime I have played.

Makes me wonder if all of the money they lost when the website went down for quite a few hours is being recouped

I tried to withdraw my winnings which is α three figure sum αnd they say it’s my banks fault why it did not go through ! Then they close my account and will not answer any queries

I don’t gamble high amounts. But I do regularly deposit £10 & play 30p slot games. I also do this on Mr Q where I have won more times than lost. My highest win on Mr Q has been £730 in 1 night with a 30p slot machine & the payout was paid within a hour. I have only ever won 3 times on Foxy bingo. Also on 30p slot games 2 being £5 (not even the amount I deposited back) & once £20 ( so my money back +£10. & it was paid out in 48 hours. I have closed my account. I would genuinely give the advice to put your money on other sites. Mr Q has been the best for me. Like I said I only play for small amounts. But in a year I would have expected to win a little more.

I signed up for the welcome bonus and deposited over the stated amount and went ahead to play the requirements.

I noticed I wasn’t given the award. So I went to promotion T&Cs to see if I could see if I had met the requirements including checking the ineligible payment methods. My payment method wasn’t listed so I went ahead and contacted the support.

They basically confirmed my payment method and card (Apple Pay, NatWest debit card) was ineligible and I would have to redeposit. No where in the T&Cs were Apple Pay or NatWest listed under ineligible payment methods. PayPal, netskill etc WAS listed. Again non of which was how I made a deposit.

Considering this payment method isn’t listed in their own T&Cs is beyond questionable. Went ahead and deleted my account instantly. Obviously just used that as an excuse to get out of giving the bonus. Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been on foxy ladbrooks and all for years i won 1000 off 40p last night and they said that my banl declined my withdrawal so today the money went back on my foxy account then for it to be blocked and asked for id witch is funny because apparently my bank blocked my withdrawal 😕 i will update to a 5 star if they sort my id and withdrawal today 😊

Absolute scam I signed up for £10 with the welcome bonus of f £60 when contacting the customer service as I never received my bonus I was told I am. It entitled to the bonus because of the type of debit card I used I have an account with a reputable bank this is just an excuse!! AVOID!!!
