Recently cancelled my policy, however I'm been inundated with arrears letter from the broker, attempts made numerous of times to different email addresses to fox insure to resolve this and no response. Work commitments mean I'm unable to take/make phone calls during work hours, so im only able to communicate via email, so frustrating.

Have an aesthetics insurance with Fox insure since Jan 2025. Been trying to cancel my insurance policy for the past 6 days with no success to date. The policy states that the policy can be cancelled at any point during the term for a pro rata refund. It was pretty easy to take the money to set up the policy but no I have had to file a complaint and may have the go the FCA. Terrible experience, avoid.

Really great customer service from Janine, was very helpful and able to answer questions quickly. She also offered for me to speak to one of her colleagues from another department when I had a question about another area of fox. Would highly recommend.

My journey through the process was handled by a very efficient, professional team (Laura M in particular) dealt with my quote well with confident, friendly, personal service and followed up so quickly that she literally managed to secure my custom right from the clutches of a competitor (Broker) despite the opposition presenting me with the same quote and policy (underwriter/provider) days earlier. Well what a quick and easy process from initial enquiry i set a convenient time for a call went through some initial questions I received a quote and I was happy to progress with much easier then other company’s I must say Laura Martin who was dealing with my enquiry was a legend made it as easy as it should be I understood all information and answered any of my questions so fox Pharma and insurance Laura Martin is an asset to your company keep this service up
