My TRT journey has been a positive one thanks to Fountain! Prompt, thoughtful communication and all the information needed to make an informed choice. I'm 50 year old started to feel like one. About 4 months in and everything feels better. No negative side affects whatsoever only positive ones. If you're reading this and thinking about treatment ask yourself only one question "can I afford it" if the answer is yes stop worrying / thinking / analyzing it to death! I did that for months leading up to treatment my regret is that I waited so long.
I opted for self injections, medication comes promptly and fountain does fantastic job informing you exactly everything you need to know with written & video instructions so your administering the medicine with confidence

Dr. Stember is personable and put me at ease during our conversation. Fountain is very responsive to texts and calls, I have been using this service for over 3 years. I would recommend this service for any male looking to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

Feel like I'm in my 20s again! This was the first doctor to take my symptoms seriously and investigate my bloodwork. They explained how my hormone levels correlated with my symptoms, and recommended HRT. They answered all my concerns about side effects and even let me try a lower dose due to a past history of being sensitive to medication. They help me book all my bloodwork appointments and ship my medicine directly to me. It couldn't be more convenient or informative! This service has seriously been life changing!

Edited: Josh personally reached out to apologize for the confusion around lab work and the ensuing miscommunication. I was set up with an appointment the second my results were in, and I’m relieved both that someone is actually listening to me regarding perimenopause symptoms and to be starting treatment.

The NP very patiently walked me through my results making sure to pause frequently and ask if I had questions. She put in extra effort to be sure I understood the treatment plan and to walk me through next steps.

Thank you to Josh & the customer service team for being willing to quickly jump in and get things moving. 15/10 response when a problem arose.

I was set up with an appointment at Labcorp to have blood drawn. At the front desk, they asked if I had a copy of the lab order. I did not as I wasn’t given one. They asked me if it was an order from (name of organization) and I said yes, just assuming Fountain would have at least communicated the order to the lab. In looking at my Labcorp portal, they had not - the order was never sent, and now I’ve wasted time having blood drawn that I am probably going to have to pay for out of pocket. 0/5, do not recommend.

I lived the gym life, working out consistently, gaining muscle, and feeling great. But then an injury changed everything. I had to stop training completely, and recovery took years. After finally healing through surgery, I was excited to get back to it. But no matter how hard I pushed, I couldn’t get back to where I was. I felt constantly exhausted, and no matter what I did, lean muscle mass wouldn’t return. I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

That’s when I reached out to Fountain TRT. The team was kind, understanding, and professional. They took my concerns seriously and helped me get the proper testing. The results were clear—my testosterone levels had dropped significantly. I used to be higher than normal; now I was below the normal range.

Once I started treatment with Fountain TRT, everything changed. I began building lean muscle again. I felt my first real muscle pump in over a decade. Most importantly, I’m starting to look like myself again and feel like myself again.

Easy to get in touch with the provider! Easy prescription and refills. I’m on day 90 of the hormone replacement therapy and feel amazing! I’m very happy with the provider and the hormones! I had to reschedule my labs a couple of times because of travel for work. And it was very easy to give them my availability and they found a lab place for me and the times.

FountainHRT has literally changed my life. It was so easy to schedule my labs and I really feel like my provider cares about me personally. Since starting HRT for menopause symptoms I feel 1,000% better than I did before! My energy is back, my body doesn’t ache anymore, libido is returning and my intimate life is vastly improved. I wish I had found Fountain sooner - 10/10 would recommend this to anyone seeking relief from the challenging symptoms of The Change.

Well, after thinking I was inevitably disappointed, they turned my opinion around instantly.

Due to no paperwork at the lab and having a very hostile front desk worker at the lab, I ended up walking out and never got my testing. Angrily, I reached out to Fountain & demanded a refund, which they instantly provided.

After that, Josh ended up reaching out personally to apologize for the issue at hand and gave me two free months as well as a waived fee on the lab fees for the inconvenience.

It’s very rare to find a company who cares enough to make things right. Although I have not used the product yet, I am satisfied enough with their amazing help post issue.

So I am on the cream but I do not rub it on my shoulders. I do two clicks in the morning and two clicks at night on my scrotum skin because I feel putting on my shoulders is pointless and I wanna be optimized, but so far after 10 days I feel anything yet when I get my blood work done, and my levels aren’t at least double or more then I’ll probably either switch to injections or even look towards another pharmacy

I have been absolutely amazed at how easy this has been but still make sure to monitor levels to maintain safety. So unbelievably easy to communicate with (even on Sunday if need be). This medication should be easily available and they do it despite the hurdles I'm sure the government and Bureaucracy put in the way. Can't say enough good about this establishment. Do yourself a favor guys and check it out. Testosterone WILL make you feel better if you need it.

Seriously the best customer service I have ever experienced it's literally 24/7. While on there trt program I feel alive again for the first time in years, seriously didn't expect these results! With everything they have done for me I am personally recommending them to any man i know who suffers from what I went through.

I’ve been working with Fountain TRT for a couple years now. I went into the process without much expectation, but for me, I found the treatment improved many aspects of my life. I didn’t expect mood to be one of them but found it helpful there too even though I didn’t think I needed that. Strength has improved, libido improved, and minor aches and pains are now gone, especially in my knees. This has been a very worthwhile experience combined with better diet and exercise.

I am 36 years old and I have been on TRT for a little over a year now. It has given me my life back. I was depressed, burnt out, no drive, and no energy. I am now back in the gym making great gains again. I'm down 45 lbs, and I have the drive and energy to be the dad and husband I need to be to my 2 year old and wife. The doctors and staff at Fountain have been top notch. I can text them at any time and they are extremely responsive. I cant thank all of them enough for getting me back to myself!

This company has been nothing but helpful since the beginning. This is not my first online provider but this will be the last. The customer service far exceeds any other. I hardly ever write a review but FountainTRT deserves it. They will guide and assist you along the way and answer any questions in a timely manner. Again thank you Fountain TRT.

Great patient care! They listen and try thier best to help you. I delt for years with other doctors and insurance and feeling like they won't try to help at all. This is the exact opposite I can't say enough good things. Absolutely hands down worth it! I have been suffering for years it so good to feel almost
normal again pretty good for less than 2 weeks on my prescribed regiment through fountain.

This is one of the most poorly run “online providers” I have ever dealt with. They clearly have spent a good amount of money on interface and didn’t leave much for customer support. Everything was going smoothly. I had my lab appointment booked. But then I realized I had donated blood 48 hours before my blood draw was scheduled and I figured I should check to see if that was an issue. Well I gave it a very good effort and spent over an hour and the end result was me cancelling my membership with Fountain and getting a refund. First off the location of this labcorp was in a Walgreens in a pretty awful part of town. I didn’t imagine I would be going to a Walgreens to get this done. I called Walgreens and they connected me to labcorp who never answered the phone. I spent over 40 mins on hold with no ability to leave a message. I called Walgreens back and they wouldn’t help me because it was a “separate company” they gave me a phone number to call that was disconnected. I texted the number at Fountain to ask them what to do and they responded “sorry we don’t control labcorp” excellent customer service Fountain Team. BRAVO!! after continuing to try and get my question answered from the “texting line” I tried to find a phone number online. There is none. It’s always so glaringly obvious how poorly a company is run when they do anything they can to stop you from calling them. There was a number on my invoice from Fountain and I bet you can guess….. “this number has been disconnected” at this point there were far too many red flags and I told them I was done. They just immediately refunded me which was the only good part of this experience. They then gave me the number to the person “in charge” Doron. I politely gave him my feed back and tried to keep my business but it was far too late. You don’t treat your customers like that. Make it impossible for them to get a hold of you and then once the relationship has been ruined. Then you give me a number and try to repair the situation. Way too little, too late. So happy I figured this out early rather than dumping money down the drain with this joke of a company.
