I bought premium two footmuffs suitable…

I bought two premium/ Cosy Toes footmuffs suitable for use with Joie pushchairs for my twin grandsons. I am delighted with them, they fit the pushchairs so much better than the previous ones I had purchased.
The customer service was excellent and I received them the next day

I was so wrong ++PLEASE READ TO THE END++

Item never arrived, it was left in a public areas next to an open door that opens onto the street. Contacted Evri and this lot!, because they have a picture of it in the public space they say it's delivered, not considering that it was taken from the public areas. Now I have to pay £180 for something someone else is enjoying"

The above is the review I left about this company...boy was i wrong. They read my review and reached out to me and offered a full refund and sincere apologies. I have never been so wrong about a company and feel just terrible that I thought that way about them. Evri the delivery company is what's holding everything up, FYLO are just stuck in the middle. Im so happy I can change my review as I don't like putting company's down or hurting there business. Thank you FYLO ❤️

So stressful,

Placed my order for a Moses basket & stand ..
The company used Evri to deliver the item,
I must of received several messages off Evri either saying it was out for delivery, then another saying the item was too large and had to be delivered by special van .
Then a message saying they tried to deliver but could not gain access to property which is an utter lie!!
Then a message saying item to be returned to seller,
Then I had a notice saying that item had been delivered to a safe place
Another lie !
My home is covered by CCTV which is date & time stamped and it proves that no delivery was made.
When I use the Evri contact to trace parcel and I put in tracking number along with post code it is saying it does not match item so therefore it’s obviously been delivered to wrong address.

The moses basket and stand arrived…

The moses basket and stand arrived damaged, broken, chipped, sharp and totally unsafe to put a baby in it, I'm really unhappy about this, I need a refund, it was a gift for my son and his girlfriend, now they have to get a new one

3 in 1 baby pram and feeding apron

I bought a baby pram and feeding apron as a gift for my younger friend and colleague.It was to be delivered the next working day. Unfortunately there were complications at the delivery company and it took about 6 more days of waiting.It wasn't easy waiting, but Your Little One were right there in the open for support, reassurance,transparency and openness.they did everything they could possible do to ensure that I got my parcel.I finally received great and amazing products, amazing in every sense and it was all joy at last.
