Still waiting on order

When looking on their page it said next day delivery, that was one of the main reasons why we went with this company. The other was the basket is lovely and one we really liked the look of.
We ordered it on Friday the 31st October and as of yet we still haven't received our basket.
Our new born was in NICU and was getting out earlier than expected so we needed a basket for her getting out but as of yet still no sign of it.
We had to then go out and buy another moses basket locally. We will wait on this one arriving and see if we need it but the one we have bought locally we love.

Sturdy raincover

The raincover fits and is sturdy. Our only worry is that it doesn't seure to the pram so may blow away in high wind. It arrived quickly in the post.

Do not order!

My dad ordered a Moses basket for me as a present! Got a dispatch notice to say on way! Then got another message off Evri to say they didn’t realise the parcel would be so big and they’d have to look at alternative delivery options! Asked the company for an update on this and now being ignored and they don’t reply to messages!
Awful customer service and hoping to get money back!

Excellent product- Bugaboo footmuff

Excellent quality product as rain or shine, my baby rests very well in his stroller, thanks to the FYLO footmuff! We highly recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive alternative to the branded footmuffs and would certainly buy again.
