Clarity crooks.. Same story as everyone below. Said I needed to boost my business score and I was approved for a line of credit of 1.5M. sent money never heard from them again!

I was called by a guy name Anthony from Paramount Funding. He stated that I/ my business qualified for a 250,000.00 Line of Credit to consolidate business debt and obtain some working capital. He said, "you need to boost your business credit" first. I did what was asked and it cost me roughly 9,000.00. Once completed, he disappeared. No line of credit and can't get a hold of anyone. I have already contacted the FBI and filed disputes with my bank. My attorney is assisting in going after them for my damages..
Stay far away from these companies...

This is a Scam do not trust this People because this is a scam they Stole me 23k in my greatest time of need.

This has to be the worst expeince a company could ever imagine going through. I just like the review below was approved for a line of credit it was important to get all the paperwork completed before the holidays and so I sent in the wire and did everything they asked of me. We were told we would have access to the Line of Credit within 24-48 hours of Forward Advance receiving the wire. Well it has now been more than 30 days and if and that is a huge if we hear from the company they just say they are working on it today. I thought this might be sketchy and I should have listend to my gut. Now I have the difficult process of trying to get our wire funding back without having to get attorneys involved. Our contract is with Foward Advance Group LLC but my contact Spencer Paysour works with Paramount Funding Group. I would defintley full warn you from dealing with these individuals. If some miracle should happen I will let you know but I definaltey will not have our hopes up. I should have known better.

If I could give these people a 0 I would. The guaranteed me a 150,000 business line of credit with a wire transfer of almost 6k to boost my score. After they took my wire they have not responded and denied my credit. So where is my business funds they took from me? I have to contact an attorney and I will be suing for damages as well. Stay far away!

We have been trying to get hold of Forward Advances to speak with finance to resolve arrears. We have not received any response from Forward Advances following multiple emails offering to communicate with them to resolve this without any response. We have now received threatening letters from a debt collecting agency, which is not helpful for all parties concerned, when actually we could have come up with a very sensible and amicable conversation to continue making repayments. Could someone please contact me ASAP.

I've used this company 3 times now, fast and reliable. Sam is always available when I need funding. If you a growing online business growing and you need realiable funding, this company is for you.

Our preferred funding option. Friendly, consultative human interaction, not faceless "computer says yes/no" like Shopify Capital or PayPal Working Capital. Not hard on the sales patter and pestering like ClearCo.

The offers are also good, and I have been offered and taken advice from industry leaders.

It was great working with Sam. He was extremely helpful in putting the deal together and was persistent in getting this done in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend working with Sam and I look forward to be working with him again in near future.

A complete waste of time.
I was sceptical about connecting our bank account to their system too, now can't even disconnect it..
New lender does not seem to be trustworthy..

Maddie was wonderful and patient - explained the process and took us from start to completion in 48 hours. She also put me on to one of their advisers who gave us great tips for our business. We haven't taken the advance yet but hope to work with Forward Advance in the near future!

The very worst customer service I have ever encountered. First of all this company falsely advertises that decisions can be reached and funds released in 24 - 48 hours, this is completely incorrect it took 3 weeks of constant back and forths for them to come up with an offer so the timelines advertised are unrealistic and designed to reel you in.

They do not deliver on what they promise. The communication is awful, with constant timelines for answers via email or phone missed and delayed. They do not have a contact number on the website, if you make an account with them and upload your details you will be contacted by the company director Hasam either via mobile phone or email who will give you some spiel about being different from other companies and that they care about their customers but will then go on to ignore all efforts of communication from you. 

My company was applying for an advance with forward advances and a few other lenders to see what was available and what was the best deal out there. Forward advances had all of our information from the start, bank statements, filed accounts, access to the payment gateway, access to PayPal access to the bank. They had free rain to check all of the information and give an informed decision on an advance, three agonising weeks of back and forths passed with constant promises of deadlines for a decision not met and follow-up phone calls, voice messages, and emails ignored. We answered all their questions and sent them all the information they requested. 

After two weeks of getting nowhere, I had a conversation with their lead underwriter who asked me questions about the business for 30 min. He was happy with the answers and signed it off and advised that we would have an offer by the end of the day, big surprise nothing came. Three more days of waiting later an offer arrived, we had already had multiple offers at this stage from legitimate lenders. The offer seemed good however so we decided to proceed, we were promised we would receive a contract straight away and the funds would be dispensed later that week, it took days for the contract to come, and like everything else they had said along the way a lot later than what was promised. 

The contract finally arrived, it was signed straight away and sent back, It took days for them to sign the contract themselves, I was beginning to think it was a scam at one stage due to the erratic emails we would receive at random times even as late as 12 o'clock at night. They had a lot of sensitive information so we began to worry that it was a scam company as the manner was so unprofessional. They eventually signed the contract however which was a legal agreement with us for the amount that was agreed on, finally, I thought it was progressing but the date they said they would put the funds in came and went Suprise surprise we received nothing. 

We were now four weeks down the line the contract had been signed by both parties and we were awaiting funds that would never materialise. A week after the contract was signed they, started to ask us qualifying questions again and asking for more documents going right back to the start of the process when the offer had been accepted and signed on already. Four weeks of completely wasting our time later they said they couldn't do it because of the current website performance, which was exactly the same as it was when we had first started the process 4 weeks earlier. 

We had already turned down a lot of good offers from other legitimate lenders as we had signed the legal agreement with Forward Advances that they have failed to deliver on. They have completely strung us along for four weeks and wasted everybody's time.
They have no fundamental understanding of payment gateways and how they work, they do not listen to customers, I had to explain things multiple times, My conversation with the lead underwriter was obviously never relayed to the rest of the team as all questions we were being asked after the contract had been signed had already been answered multiple times. 

I would think carefully about pursuing an advance with this company as you will have your time wasted they are not professional, you will have emails and phone calls ignored for days. They will string you along for weeks when you could go with another legitimate lender who delivers on what they say. We ended up going with an alternative lender who put the funds in the account 1 hour after the contract was signed. Go with a legitimate lender who delivers and does not back out of legally signed contracts.

Forward advances are not to be trusted with your personal or business information or your trust. The last communications were not responded to at all. Avoid at all costs. All in all they are the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with.
