Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying furniture from them to think very carefully before handing over any money.
The wardrobes I purchased were not delivered properly and were left damaged at my property. I then spent more than a week trying to get the company to remove them, while the wardrobes took up so much space that I was unable to properly use my sitting room or dining room.
Communication has been appalling. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and was not given the opportunity to do so. Instead, I was passed around and left trying to chase the company for answers.
I am also still waiting for my refund. I have repeatedly been told that the money has been refunded to my account, yet no refund has appeared. After everything that has already gone wrong, having to continually chase my own money has made an already unacceptable experience even worse.
What should have been a straightforward furniture purchase has turned into days of inconvenience, damaged furniture sitting in my home, repeated phone calls and messages, and ongoing frustration trying to recover my money.
The customer service and handling of this situation have been completely unacceptable.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. I certainly would never purchase from them again.
