I didn't actually read the reviews before I started playing, and I'm glad I didn't because it completely contradicts the website. I'll keep this short and easy to read.

Pros:

- Well spoken and helpful online chat.
- Wide variety of games (I only bet on football so I can't comment for the casino section)
- Payout times are usually no longer than 24 hours to actually reach your bank.

Cons:

- Funds remain in your balance whilst you have a withdrawal active so you need severe willpower. That's how they wind you in. If you gamble the balance it will instantly decline "not enough funds" (I think it's automated)

- Minimum deposit €40 on Visa and withdrawal methods are very limited.

All these reviews complaining about "scam website" etc. Its simply from players who don't have the relevant proofs and have triedto fudge the system. Driving licence, payment method, bank statement showing IBAN number (for withdrawals) and a proof of address and you're fine.

Thiss online casino is a scam the money deposited shows as different bank accounts for example (nanas lush hair salon) and when you try to withdrawl they refuse saying your identification can not be accept just so they dont pay you out and the harassment at all hours around clock trying to call you trying to offer you fake bonuses

I mean these thieves , on a bonus of 15 euros for free i made 3k profit. After days per days I've sent everything they need it. When i was completely clean , today i saw that they took every via my account and told me that I have broken a casino rule and so I lost everything. please help me get them back. because the reason I lost them was that I had to spoil 1k and after I spoiled it now they say I did not did that as a result to make a lier and take all of my money. At first I thought this was a scam but after providing everything they asked ( which is a pain) I have made 2 withdrawals and must say I like this casino, ok they could do with some more upto date games, bank transfer is the best way to cash out and once confirmed it's in my bank the next day.

I'm annoyed that I have to put the 1 star. This company is nothing but a scam. Please don't fall for their customer service agents lies that they have any intention of helping you as they are clearly in on the scam and have absolutely no morals whatsoever.

Do yourself a favour if you have already deposited and put your energy into submitting a cashback claim with your bank rather than trying to reason with these cowboys - they will only make you jump through hoops and move the goal posts when you provide all of the documents asked of you. They are either trying to commit identity fraud or just hoping they make the process as difficult as
possible and so infuriating that you just give up hope of ever receiving your winnings and let them keep the money.

Scam website . Please read the reviews on here before you think about depositing with this site . I deposited over 500 pound over a space of month then I finally won around 300 quid of it back . Went to withdraw and they won’t give me it , excuse after excuse . No chance of getting my money back so will try charging it back through my bank . Please stay away !

Casino crashes every 5-minutes everytime I get a bonus it seems to crash looks very dodgy I don't know what to expect can't play the casino more than 5-minutes without it going down got lots of bonuses on my first deposit however the day after I got 6 bonuse payed lest than 10x from €300 to 0 in no time look rigged

BEWARE do not use this website, it’s a complete scam and I’m pretty positive they try to get your information so it can be used for identity fraud.

I have stupidly fallen for their lies and they now have my drivers ID, passport, and bank details. I was assured on several occasions everything was approved and again and again they declined my withdrawal asking me to provide more ID. Despite confirming it was all okay before. They have today asked me for further payment details, despite having previously approved my card. DO NOT TRUST them.

First of all the needed my passport to withdraw and other forms of ID. After providing them with all of this suddenly my card has technical issues and I need to try other cards. This site is a complete scam You will able to deposits but never able to withdraw funds. Wish I read the reviews before I used this “casino”.

I do not know what it is about these negative opinions, I won almost 700 euros from the no deposit bonus. The payment came after 6 days on my btc wallet. Support said 14 days but it was much earlier, the verification also passed without a problems .Four stars for the cashout time, the rest is fine.
