The design is easy on the eyes, but the balance updates at a thoughtful pace. Playable if you bring patience.

I used this company a few years ago and they actually paid me £3000 but in transactions of £1000.

I have since used them and I am very very concerned about the money I have in the account balance. The process for me to upload my documents was a nightmare it didn’t allow me to do it electronically, so I had to do it via email which they did not want to do at all.

They’re telling me I can only withdraw €400 per transaction and it takes up to 36 hours for them to process it. If this was true it would take me over 100 transactions for me to get my money. After they accepted my first withdrawal I made another €400 thinking I was getting somewhere for them to then say the first transaction was declined. They could not tell me why other than their payment department didn’t work.

So now I have to wait another 36-48 hours for them to review my second transaction and more than likely going to decline it again for whatever reason they wish.

This company is very responsive which makes me think they’re not very busy at all. Everything you ask them they’re not able to give such information. You’re not able to speak to any manager. No one is contactable.

I would seriously avoid this company and look to use some else. It’s too much of a headache for no reward.

Same issues as others getting approved for withdrawals, they basically mess you around so much with the aim that you give up, which I nearly did.

I won close to £80k only to find out that I could only withdraw €400 every two / three days. It s safe to say they got 60k back over a period of time because it would have taken over 1 year to withdraw the full amount & didn’t have the patience to keep withdrawing the funds, which sometimes didn’t clear.

It’s a clever ploy to keep your winnings in their pot & keep you playing & hopefully losing!!! Which I imagine is very common.

I have just been told that after trying to close my account and stop marketing for at least a year (and being told this has been done), that once you open your account, you can only close it for a month and then you have to close it again... ongoing. Its in their T&C's apparently!

Absolutely disgusting game site. Had constant problems with “technical” issues almost everyday. Won €4000 withdrew €400 as that’s all your allowed to withdraw per time, then got approved after two days, then the following day a rejected status came up. Spoke to the awful customer service team who said the bank rejected the international payment, called the bank they said they never reject incoming payments. So basically a huge scam of a site. DO NOT PLAY THIS SITE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED OR IF YOU WIN YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR WINNINGS. Never played such a disgraceful site in my life. Customer service just say anything to get you off there back.

Really good site from a sports betting perspective - But having tried multiple times to withdraw, there is always a hurdle. From always having issues with VISA and having to use bitcoin, needing to upload multiple pieces of verification documents (Passport, Proof of address, payment method) and selfies holding said documents. Finally through the verification process and they ban the account for 75 days pending review, you then have to deposit and wager in order to enable withdrawal (can only withdraw if you have deposited within 30 days). The money is at their mercy, they cite regulations that essentially enable them to never pay out, without justification. Don't waste your money like I did.

When it comes to withdrawal, it is very difficult and may be impossible to upload necessary? documents required to get money out...
If it is simple to pay money in, by credit card, it should be just as easy to withdraw money to the same card, without an onslaught of barriers being set in place.

I cant believe that these are still operating. Any positive reviews are surely fake, it took me months and months and months to find these lot a couple of year back. I managed to initiate hundreds of refunds for players depositing on this site and the so called sister sites. They were reported to the UKGC and the website itself was reported to the fraud team who monitor gambling sites but still, 2 years on they are still here.

Do not ever deposit on any site that is not regulated by the UK. If your on gamstop im fully aware how easy it is to get 'reeled' in (no pun intended) but these do not operate to any legislation so are bound by whatever they make up on the day. Dont send a selfie, not needed, delay tactics is what they are good at, do they use our documents for fraud!? It does sound like it going off these transactions. Call the bank, cancel the card you registered on these sites so they cant touch it.

I've had to involve U. K police and pay for a solicitor to try and recover my £5 k win....!

Great casino,plenty of games to choose from and good for winning!! Withdrawal not the best but if you are patient you do get your winnings. They accept it in 36 hours, the first time I tried withdrawal request it got accepted but didn't go in bank it got put back in casino account but the second time i did my withdrawal request it was accepted and was paid out with in 10 minutes of it being accepted.. I only deposited £20 and won 400 but obviously in euros but got £349 so not complaining because I read reviews and never expected them to pay me what I won at all.

I opened an account and placed approximately £800 worth of bets over a period of a few months without winning anything.
Then when I won a bet of £500 and tried to withdraw the funds they blocked my account pending an investigation into ‘fraud’
Told me I had to wait to the investigation was complete and give me a completion date that was 3 months away. That has now passed and that are saying I’m not allowed on my account and not giving me any reason what’s so ever.. I have contacted news outlets about the company and they are very interested to hear my story. Absolute thieving b**tards

Save yourself a lot of stress and do not sign up with this casino. After a long process of getting verified you can only withdraw €400 at a time. Each withdrawal takes 36 hours to be approved.. then a few more days before they pay up.. so approx a week for each €400. It would take forever to withdraw a decent win. They approved my withdrawal then cancelled it due to "technical issues" when I tried to withdraw it again I couldn't because they had added a ridiculous wager to it. They also assign u a host who will call u and assure you not to worry and be patient blah blah. She will tell you the €400 withdrawal limit is to prevent money laundering. This is a very very dodgy casino. I hope the right person does what's necessary and we all get our deposits back.
