I would strongly suggest removing Pavel from the Fortrades support team.
I had a simple issue that he was unable to help resolve. During a prediction market tournament, I was ranked #2 under the username "fx" and won a $100,000 account. However, two weeks into the tournament, my account was hacked.
I simply requested that my reward be transferred to my new account, but this was not done. Later, I asked support to send me a new verification link because the original one had expired. Instead of helping, Pavel responded with:
"Fx, we have already discussed this many times and told you we won't be assisting."
This response made no sense because I was only asking for a new verification link.
After I expressed my frustration, Pavel threatened to disable my account. He then disabled it, which resulted in me losing access to my $100,000 reward.
This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I believe support staff should focus on helping customers resolve issues rather than dismissing their concerns. I would appreciate a review of this situation and Pavel's conduct.

Scam danger
I will never forget this account that was unfairly closed. It caused me a lot of stress, hardship, and wasted time. Not only did you close my account, but my username and password were also removed. I believe the Risk Department is acting unfairly. We may have to resolve this through legal action. I am very disappointed and have lost trust in this company. If I had known the company would treat customers this way, I would never have opened an account, and I would not have spent so much time dealing with this issue. Scam four Trader real scam
