I don't use the software frequently, due to so much glitchiness, and having to re-learn it every time I pull it up. It is not very user friendly.
The printing of the albums is very good, but this last one I ordered for my daughter, which at 1/2 price was over $150, had a warped cover when it arrived. It was a hardcover album of her wedding. I had it shipped to her house in a different state, so I was not aware of the warped cover until I went to visit. I was very disappointed for the price point of the album, and because previous printing has been so good.

Process is great

I ordered an album on February 3, 2026, and it arrived right on schedule. However, I was disappointed with the final product, as several pictures turned out very dark. After reaching out to Forever Support multiple times, I was assured that a new, adjusted album would be sent to me. While I haven't received it yet, I appreciate Forever's commitment to resolving the issue.
What really caught my attention was a card from a company called Pixory included in the original album parcel. Since then, I have been receiving daily emails from Pixory promoting their photo album printing deals, which ultimately led me to unsubscribe due to the sheer volume of messages. When I inquired with Kaylene Haller from support about this situation, I didn't receive a clear explanation—just a suggestion to unsubscribe.
I’m curious about how Pixory got involved with Forever, especially since I was under the impression that Forever operated its own printing department. I look forward to a prompt clarification on this matter.

Pages cut off past the trimming lines
I had my 197 page book reprinted because the 1st time the pages were not lined up and colors were not vibrant. I was told they were getting a new printer. So after it was reprinted, it was brighter and pages lined up. BUT now the new printer did not adhere to the trimming lines and some of my text was almost cut off on multiple pages. I even made sure I had the latest upgrade and verified every page before resubmitting for printing. And like others have reported, one of the book corners was damaged. Very disappointing.

Great Products!
The Forever software is so easy to use. And I was able to create a beautiful album for a non-profit I volunteer for that grants wishes to adults with terminal illnesses. The album contains photos of all of our 2025 wishes! The Forever album is absolutely beautiful. It also shipped quickly.
