Having originally purchased our hot tub from Wyre Forest Spas 4 years ago, we have since used them for all servicing and cleaning products, and most recently to relocate our hot tub. Sam and his team are always friendly, knowledgeable and reliable.

This is an excellent company to work with. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, delivering outstanding customer service at every stage. Their aftercare support is particularly impressive; they were happy to provide full assistance when I needed to relocate my hot tub and arrange necessary maintenance, making the entire process seamless and stress free. Highly recommend

We purchased a hottub from forest spas which was delivered and installed within a week 😀
The lads took extra effort to get it into the back garden down a narrow alleyway .
Always helpful in the showroom for spares and chemicals

We have had our hot tub for about 4 years and suddenly the pump started to play up. We contacted Sam who immediately put our minds at ease. The issue was quickly identified and the parts needed were fitted a couple of days later. What impressed me was the service from Danielle in the office to the technicians was professional and caring. The price was also a pleasant surprise as we expected it to cost more. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks guys.

Tom came this morning to do the Gold service on the hot tub which was a mammoth task even without the rain. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Wonderful all round service would thoroughly recommend

We just wanted to say a big thanks to Sam and his team . Aside from quoting us a fantastic price for our new hot tub the service we received was was second to none . The hot tub was part of a bigger project involving a deck and and a bar area. The advice and support we received from the guys at wyre forest spas was invaluable. 5 Stars, Highly recommend 👍

I would highly recommend Forest Spas Ltd. Sam and Pablo have been superb with installation and aftercare. The Vortex Hot Tub has excellent jets and well made. I’d you are looking for a sustainable Hot Tub this is the place to visit.

Having looked around big time 5 visits to various companies and came to the conclusion its is full of cowboys after a quick buck and lets face it a spa is a significant investment.
So finally decided on Forrest Spas liked the fact it was a family run business Sam the boss, show room being run by Kelly his sister. The price was very competitive so went for it! They did a sight survey and said yep no problem. To get the tub to mine (I live in a remote place) involved 300yds up a steep 1 in 3 hill with no road access. Turned up at precisely the agreed time and with a lot of hard work on their behalf duly installed the tub. Delighted with my Tub works faultlessly also comes with a chemical pack and stairs to get in all included in the price. Sure I made the right choice they also offer a comprehensive service/maintainance contract for £29 a month good deal. Would seriously recommend This company it is good and honest don't go anywhere else very much doubt if you will find better cannot fault in anyway. 5 stars from me!

Really helpful, reliable service that responded to problems I had with speed and professionalism. I hired a hot tub for my daughters 18 birthday thank you Forest spas we loved it.

Sam and team were very professional. They have a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything was sitting correctly, neat and tidy before, during and after install. Easy to talk too explaining every aspect of maintenance clearly, after sales are just as good, with help on the phone and supply of cleaning chemicals and accessories.
If you're looking for a hot tub, forget the rest use the best.
