I’m really disappointed with my experience with Foreo.
I bought one of their devices (FAQ 402 bundle) expecting good quality and durability, especially considering the price (£500)and the advertised 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, after a relatively short time of normal use, the device didn’t perform as it should.
When I contacted customer support, my concerns were dismissed as just “not seeing results,” rather than being properly looked into as a possible fault. My warranty claim was rejected, which was frustrating as I genuinely believe the product hasn’t lasted as it should (less than 2months)!
I also wasn’t comfortable with how the subscription side is handled. The additional paid features are only explained after you’ve bought the device and registered it in the app, which doesn’t feel very transparent.
Overall, I expected a lot more from a premium brand. Between the product quality and the lack of helpful support, it’s been a disappointing experience. Do not buy from this company! Not at this price! Cheap plastic made in China devices!

I bought the Peach 2 Foreo nearly three months ago because I found a great deal through ShopBack. It worked perfectly at first, but then it stopped flashing. I hesitated to contact Foreo because I thought the warranty claim process might be long and complicated. However, when I finally reached out, their warranty service was excellent and the response was very fast. Marko was especially helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. I purchased a Foreo Emea which i really found to be a great product and beneficial to use. Unfortunately, it developed a fault after a month (as can happen) and i contacted the customer care department to point out my problem.
From the moment i made contact, Nady took on my case and guided me through the process to claim under the warranty and took care to ensure that this was a good experince and my new device is on its way ... a great representative of her company and a pleasure to deal with.

I recently in mid November bought the Issa 4 toothbrush. The silicone bristles fell off on both sides within 3 months.. When I contacted Foreo about a replacement I was informed the brush head has no warranty and was informed it was close to 6 months and should be replaced. The point is the brush head does not last and to replace an expensive brush head 3 to 4 times in a year compared to the advertised replace every 6 months is not good service. Foreo is basically saying if it’s close to warranty just replace it; not caring about fulfilling the warranty commitment or caring about the quality of their products.

I recently bought the new Foreo UFO Advanced LED lighthouse panel and wrote an honest review about it on the Foreo website. Today I noticed that my review has been removed.
Update: even 5 days after posting this Trustpilot review, Foreo still haven’t reinstated my product review on their website.
I don’t know what’s going on but this behaviour strikes me as shady, frankly. My review was fair and balanced. I have bought a couple of devices from Foreo before but this has given me dodgy vibes big time.
The review I had posted (and which Foreo took down) is below:
“Annoying adverts, some treatments behind paywall
I’m enjoying the sleep mode, it’s very relaxing. There are a few issues though. It’s not clear if I’m supposed to wear eye protection when positioning the panel towards my face? The advertising seems to suggest eye protection this is not necessary, however I have seen another stockist give eye protection advice that I can’t find on Foreo’s own instructions. It’s very confusing. I’ve dropped a couple of stars because it’s extremely irritating that each time I want to relax in front of the red light panel and open up the app, I’m forced to watch an advert. This makes me quite angry and not relaxed at all. I already paid a lot for the panel. I’d like the adverts to stop. Also, it’s disappointing that some treatments require a paid subscription. If it weren’t for the adverts and locked treatments requiring a subscription, I may have given 4 or 5 stars.”

Great customer experience with fast and efficient staff. My son's toothbrush for 2-4 years old had bristles that came out and i contacted them and they were quick to put in a warranty request for me and deliver a new one. It was super seamless and am thankful since I don't want my son eating the bristles. The new one has been working great. Thanks again!

Do not buy from them. I placed my order over a week ago, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of progress. Despite an email confirming my order approval on Monday, there has been zero movement—no tracking, no updates, nothing. I contacted customer service four times before receiving a reply. Now I’m being told it’s in an ‘approval process’ or delayed by holidays—yet this doesn’t explain why it hasn’t even been processed after four full business days. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I expect transparency and prompt action, which I unfortunately have not received.

I had an issue with my ISSA™ baby toothbrush, which stopped working after some time.
I contacted FOREO Customer Care, and the support I received was excellent. The process was clear, and after providing a video and following a few steps, my warranty claim was approved and a replacement was arranged.

I was having trouble with activating my Foreo Flip but customer service was amazing! Very friendly and fast with replies. I was able to get my Flip activated and have used it twice.
