I bought a Foreo KIWI from Boots in the UK- ordered through the Boots website on 23/02/2026 and delivered 25/02/2026. The unit does not work - the chatline told me the device had previously been registered. Two months on and they still haven't resolved the issue even though the unit has been returned to them and their promises to deal with the matter. If you get a faulty item, or a previously registered one, don't expect a refund.

Five stars for the after-sales support! My luna 3 plus had an issue, but the warranty team handled it perfectly. Unfortunately my new Issa 4 toothbrush wouldn't work so I needed to apply for a replacement under warranty. Pamela was prompt, lovely and kind in helping me with the process. A new one has been sent out already. I currently have several Foreo devices that I value. I am excited to try this one.

I was torn between giving 5 or just 4 stars for the experience I had with my first warranty claim with Foreo. I believe that with a huge and trusted brand like Foreo, the warranty claim process should be quick and simple, but initially, it was not. I appreciate the efforts of Customer Care to speed up my claim, but that only happened after I made it clear that I was disappointed with how they handled it. Finally, I decided to give Foreo 5 stars because, even though things didn't happen the way I expected at first, Customer Care (especially Danny) showed he listened to me, made the process a bit easier, and resolved the issue quickly.

I absolutely love my red light mask and can’t believe how comfortable it is, so when I had an issue with it and reached out, I was so thrilled with the service I received! I recently had to claim the warranty after 1 year and 8 months in for my FOREO LUNA 4 because of a charging issue. FOREO made it a painless process.
Thanks to Pamela from the Customer Care team, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Once I provided a copy of my receipt, my claim was approved within just a few days.

My device was faulty. I sent a query to customer care and they got back to me very quickly. After sending them a few photos and videos to verify the complaint, they quickly sent a replacement to me. Marko (customer care staff) has been extremely helpful.
